You should be able to change the new organization profile to an individual, then merge it. Extra steps - I know, but that would be a current solution to the duplicates.

Please create a designation/tab for Board Members. We would like to have a way to connect with our Board members in ways other than email. We could share documents and we would love to be able to collect electronic votes. We currently do this via email, but would love to do this through the portal.

With the new Portal options it seems like a Board Member designation would be an easy addition.

This would be so much more efficient for double checking. We currently have a process that involves Jotform, the bank website, and Foundant and if we could cut the Jotform step out it would speed up the process.
