board portal

Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

    This would be helpful, there aren't a lot of great options for board portals out there and to have one with a community foundation focus that is connected to our system would be great. Tracking votes, documents, and having options for email communications.

    Please create a designation/tab for Board Members. We would like to have a way to connect with our Board members in ways other than email. We could share documents and we would love to be able to collect electronic votes. We currently do this via email, but would love to do this through the portal.

    With the new Portal options it seems like a Board Member designation would be an easy addition.

    I have been researching Boardable but this would make that an unnecessary expense. Great idea!

    The ability to have this option for GLM or SLM so we could also create forms we need them to complete (conflict of interest/annual policy update).

    Ability to request and save responses to an electronic vote would also be a helpful part of a board portal.
