Additionally, I believe this would make the note feature much more competitive with Salesforce as with the "log a call" feature there we are able to customize and add layers of tracking. An important aspect is consistency across tracking and by having people select dropdowns/checkmarks/etc in custom fields on a note we can make the burden of note tracking a lot less and improve consistency. Right now, I have to come up with a structure using the note types and using specific keywords in notes in order to have reporting of metrics. But, I'll be limited to how much I can filter those reports in the built in custom reports. I think it would be a much improved quality of life feature for those of us that have to do a lot of tracking.

This would be great - we have set up an internal policy on how many outreach attempts we make and when we clear the cart. It would be great to remove it on the back end and have that record rather than logging in as the advisor.

This would be really helpful, we have a lot of notes imported from our old CRM and continue to add notes now so some profiles and funds have a very long list of notes and it can be a lot of scrolling. It is especially challenging when emails are saved because there is a lot of empty space and signatures etc.

This does pop up for me, but only if I have already done address validation and I'm changing something like the address type. Otherwise, the address validation pops up, I make my choice, and it goes back to the profile. In an ideal world, both address validation and then updating the other profiles would both show up. This would also update more profiles at once with address validation.
