This is a common user error in the portal and incessant in extra emails of explanation to clarify that multiple methods of search. It is incredibly important on how we'd like to choose our default search results. If the first results come up empty, we want a setting in CSuite that allows us to make the donor portal search results switch to the second option (whether that's Foundation results or Candid results).
