Rather than a Global Setting, I think this would make more sense as a UTA setting. Certain UTAs I almost always want fields to be included (e.g. Application Portal), whereas for other UTAs I almost always want them to be hidden (e.g. a System Admin UTA where only certain parts are exposed more broadly, like a Documentation or Ticket Portal).

How have you enabled multiple addresses? If this was done using custom fields, you should be able to pull those into reports.

I like that idea, but I would also settle for being able to search and sort contacts. Contacts are just added chronologically right now, which means that groups end up being separated when they change.

There is already the option to "Create a Default Task Connector" when creating a new task, which I admit is not automatic, but it will create a connection with the previous task so that should make linear workflow progressions much quicker to manage.
I think that problem with that though is a) you can't see what the previous task is, and so you have to keep that in mind before creating the new task, and b) it just creates the task with no configuration, so if you need to add a delay or a status filter or whatever, you'll be going into that task connector anyway.

Currently, once a notification is read, it disappears from the notifications, even when you click on the bell icon. You have to click into the bell, then View All, then into Notifications to see any currently active Notifications. It would just make more sense for any active Notifications to be visible when clicking the bell than doing all that clicking.
