There are multiple parts to this idea. One is that we will ensure the auto-assignment works for single users, this ticket will represent the request to support multiple contacts. We may also consider supporting deletions, but that will be after we deliver this first step of supporting multiple contacts.

We are exploring multiple approaches to leverage external sources and documents with AI, as this capability is foundational to our overall strategy. This concept encompasses several potential AI use cases, including notifications and intelligent data consumption. We will monitor these ideas closely as we develop and iterate on new AI use cases.
