There was an AI agent available in the support portal, using the Wiki but also internal documentation as source of information. Unfortunately, it was removed while I think it was useful.

One of my other supplier has such message board and it works great. Lot of activities, reactions, feedbacks. My expectation for such board is that SmartSimple is very active to answer "how to" questions (not customer specific - just general questions).

Additional comments:
1) This improvement should apply also to the "Group Email" feature.
2) I noticed that when the email is long, in the preview window of "Group Email", a vertical scrollbar is available to see all the email content. In the "Preview" window of Communication Center, this vertical scrollbar in missing. Could it be added?Thanks!

Example of component that needs improved documentation : report builder: when is it necessary to use quotes? Single quotes? Double quotes? Can we use any MySQL function (which version?)? How are managed fields having both a value and a label (when inserting such fields in a report, sometimes the ID is displayed, sometimes the value - complex to understand the logic used and sometimes impossible to configure as needed).
