    We are targeting an Outlook integration in an upcoming release. This will allow a user to create and store an email in SmS from Outlook. The additional scope for this idea is to support the same process from SmS to Outlook.

    This is a known issue that will be addressed soon via a new variable syntax. In the meantime, disable rich text editor when editing emails with sslogic.

    We plan to allow the ability to specify multiple “From” email addresses in a future release. This will most likely be added at Global Settings > Communications > Email Options and Security > From Address

    We will monitor this idea, the solution may be an email to the user to let them know they are locked and try after X minutes. Today, we have a setting (policy->account lockout) to define who received a locked out notification, typically to the admin.
