  1. Is there any way for an applicant's business title to be included along with the applicant's name on the front page of the application packet? (Also, the primary contact's business title, if that person is different than the applicant.)

  2. I have branching logic that is in part based on whether the user has entered anything in a text box. The question is the last one in its group, so the group with the branching logic will only appear if the user presses the Tab key or clicks their mouse somewhere outside of the text box. This is not intuitive, so I currently have a big warning message telling them they must do this in order to activate the remainder of the form. I would like the "Enter" key to work for this purpose - it is more natural when…

  3. For our "special handling" funds that have a dedicated "reply to" email (vs. our generic grants@), we have to create a full set of template emails for each fund. If a "reply to" email could be attached to a process and serve as a merge field, we could use one set of templates for all of our funds.

  5. I ran into an issue today that I think others may have experienced.

    On the Pre-filter page, I had selected "Approval Draft" and "Approved" as Request statuses, but failed to check "Approval" under Form Type. Support found the error and helped me correct this, but it would be nice if an Info box could be added to the page to remind users about this issue. It would be similar to the Info box that says "When choosing Submission Statuses, the data set must be built as One Row per Form."

  6. I would like the system to automatically record a log of all the changes I make to our live site. I have made several small tweaks to our live UA and have not kept a great record of that. It would be a great resource if I break something so we know what happened and how to fix it. Also great for showing all the work that went on after it went live. (Hopefully next year it would be a very small log, but this first year I have made several changes)

  8. Hello!

    We are currently asking applicants for feedback about our scholarships and utilizing scoring questions to do so within the application.

    However, from an admin perspective, these questions need to be added to the application after the application is fully built, otherwise if we edit afterwards, we run into application issues such as paragraph formatting not working. Each time I need to reach out to Support to correct this issue.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  9. The Deny button shows on the Evaluation Page, but not the Approval button. It causes a couple extra steps to get to the Approval button after reviewing the evaluation packet. I searched and didn't see this... apologies if there's already a request for this idea.

  10. Add batch delete function to the follow-up drafts bucket. We assign payment receipt follow ups, which many grantees don't complete, unfortunately, resulting in a large amount of "overdue" payment receipt follow ups. It would be great to be able to select them all at once and delete them.

  11. The way to process refunds in GLM currently could use some improvement. Ideally, when a refund is processed in CSuite, it would be reflected in GLM. I believe this feature is available in SLM. The other issue is that when you process a partial refund in GLM, you have to change the grant amount. This would be better if you could add a negative installment that better reflects what occurred.

  12. I love the time span option for due dates on follow-ups. Some grant programs are open all year (COVID related and Emergency Grant program) and it would be fantastic to be able to approve an LOI and make an application due one month after the date of LOI approval. As it stands now, I can't assign an application due date.

  13. Hello!

    It would be great if we use a drop down/multiple choice/check box to be able to change the colors on these choices.

    Ideally it would be great to change/alter color/style/font for the question itself, but I understand that might take awhile to get to.

  14. Hello!

    It would be great to hide Submission History from Evaluators. We're trying to remove bias from evaluations for scholarships, and it might reflect negatively if they see how often a student's app was reverted to draft.

  15. I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.
    It would be used for updating committee members per scholarship etc.

  16. I read over the other posts, but the last one was several years ago. I love the 'collapse' button, but as others stated there may be better versions of this.

    How about: a collapse button at the bottom of the section ALSO, so when you are there (the bottom) you don't have to scroll up to the top to collapse a section.

    I love the idea of either a different color or a 'check' for completed at each section - for either/both the applicant or the Grants Manager while reviewing the application. Then they can collapse that section and move…

  17. It would be great if there was a way to easily identify organizations you do not want to merge, when using the duplicate search. For example, we have several larger organizations that have records with the same EIN but a different organization name, because it is a different department or division of the entity. When you do a duplicate search now, all duplicates show up in the list (when not using the filters). Could there be a way to mark certain organizations so they are not listed with all the others? Maybe they could be in a different section of…

  18. Could we keep the search bar and headers at the top (freeze them)? When you are scrolling down (up to 500 rows), it's easy to lose track of the header and I have to scroll all the way up just to search if I can't find what I'm looking for. If the search bar stuck, I could just enter my search criteria and keep moving without all of the scrolling to top to view the header or search.

  19. It would be extremely helpful to batch uploaded documents to the student's shared document tab for each scholarship process. Once we upload a document- an automatically triggered email is sent to the student to review the form. For example- we need to send a form for the students in the process to complete. Once we give access to students to view the form- an automatic email or Text Message is sent to the student to review and complete the form.
