  1. I should like a report that lists the first and last name of committee member, email address, added, last edited AND THE COMMITTEE NAME, PROCESS, PROGRAM, SCHOLARSHIP NAME on one page.
    It would be used for updating committee members per scholarship etc.

  2. I read over the other posts, but the last one was several years ago. I love the 'collapse' button, but as others stated there may be better versions of this.

    How about: a collapse button at the bottom of the section ALSO, so when you are there (the bottom) you don't have to scroll up to the top to collapse a section.

    I love the idea of either a different color or a 'check' for completed at each section - for either/both the applicant or the Grants Manager while reviewing the application. Then they can collapse that section and move…

  3. It would be great if there was a way to easily identify organizations you do not want to merge, when using the duplicate search. For example, we have several larger organizations that have records with the same EIN but a different organization name, because it is a different department or division of the entity. When you do a duplicate search now, all duplicates show up in the list (when not using the filters). Could there be a way to mark certain organizations so they are not listed with all the others? Maybe they could be in a different section of…

  4. It would be extremely helpful to batch uploaded documents to the student's shared document tab for each scholarship process. Once we upload a document- an automatically triggered email is sent to the student to review the form. For example- we need to send a form for the students in the process to complete. Once we give access to students to view the form- an automatic email or Text Message is sent to the student to review and complete the form.

Currently, it is possible to click "Share" on a stand alone scholarship process so that evaluators can see each other's scoring per student, however that function is not available in the universal application. We have over 140 scholarships, and our evaluators appreciate being able to see each other's scoring to make sure the evaluation committee is on the same page. Can this functionality be added to the UA as well?

  7. It would be helpful to add the pdf download option to the left of the follow-up forms like it is available throughout the rest of the system on things like the application and evaluation.

  8. New to SLM and very happy with it. Any chance that while we email to students (who now don't check emails anymore) do we have the technology to email and/or text. I know some other software has this ability and I hope Foundant has too?

  9. Hi. The method to aggregate data on the custom columns doesn't seem intuitive (at least to me). I wonder if an information link next to the grid icon might be able to be added?

  10. I've created an internal process for contributions that are not initiated by an external applicant (used for discretionary grants, employee matching, and ad hoc Foundation contributions). I need to alert our internal financial person, as well as our CEO, whenever one of these contribution records is entered in GLM. I had intended to use the automatic email "To Administrators (when Submitted)", but because it is only ever created internally, it is never actually "submitted" and so my auto email never gets triggered. I'd like to at least be able to use the email template I've created to manually alert these…

  11. With staff turn over sometimes we don't know which was the report or data set they used for tasks that they were mostly in charge of. It would also help folx looking to clean out foundant, they could sort by last used and feel confident deleting something that hasn't been used for a long time.

  12. When viewing any bucket, for example, the Draft Follow Ups, the fields presented on the page are Form, Organization, Assignee, Project Name, Due Date, Staff Person, and Amount Awarded. When I select records and choose Quick Export at the bottom to export to Excel, the fields I get returned are Process Name, Project Name, Organization Name, Applicant First Name, Applicant Last Name, Applicant Email, and Submission Modified On. This is not helpful. It would be MOST helpful if the Quick Export function exported the fields displayed on the screen. If it worked that way, it could save so much time.…

  13. This has to do with the application packet that one is able to download when an application is submitted. If the applicant has submitted a budget in excel format, the packet that is downloaded then combines the application and the excel budget. The excel budget is formatted to be multiple pages breaking up the budget and making it difficult to read. Is there any way to have the excel spreadsheet converted into a pdf that is maybe only on one page? So, scale the excel document to be one page of the downloaded application packet?

    If not a drop down choice of the admin and director, perhaps a default to the person who is signed in?

  15. I'd like to see an option "declined by student" available after the scholarship has gone to the approval bin. We've had students that end up being offered full tuition from a school for athletics or academics & they no longer need our scholarship(s). We have a paper form that we've used in the past for students to complete, but I'd like to see an option to mark a request as "denied by student" and then we can have a follow-up or a place to attach the information we collect in the form.

  16. We regularly upload committee minutes or other documentation to support grant awards to the individual project in GLM when we approve a grant. It would be great if we could upload those docs as a batch. It would save us a lot of time!

  17. In the eligibility section on the UA, it would be helpful if we could minimize each rule group so that we can easily find the rule group that needs work. Some of our scholarships have a lot of rules, so a minimize feature would be great. An alphabetize feature would be helpful too.

  18. Allow admins to bulk update 'copy applications' from one process to another, landing all copies in the new process in draft form.

  19. Evaluators should be able to clear/reset an answer on a ranking question if they accidentally answer a question they didn't intend to. Also, this would make it possible to entirely eliminate an evaluator if something happens and they quit evaluating partway through a process.

  20. When creating a report that needs to span several years, it can get very hard to remember which processes you have already chosen. It would great if the processes you select populated at the bottom of the screen so you know what has been chosen and what is missing.
