Collapse Button re-do
I read over the other posts, but the last one was several years ago. I love the 'collapse' button, but as others stated there may be better versions of this.
How about: a collapse button at the bottom of the section ALSO, so when you are there (the bottom) you don't have to scroll up to the top to collapse a section.
I love the idea of either a different color or a 'check' for completed at each section - for either/both the applicant or the Grants Manager while reviewing the application. Then they can collapse that section and move on.
Also the sections being collapsed upon opening up the application...it's a good idea.
All of these may help the applicant if when the application is sent back to them for follow-up questions on the forms. The color change /check will help them identify which section(s) need addressing, instead of looking for the blue dropdown area.

These are all great ideas, but I especially love the color-change one! This is feedback I've gotten back from applicants as well. From an accessibility standpoint, a color change would be great as well.
