Batch and export files from a follow up form (or process)
In follow up forms to grantees I ask them to upload a digital tax receipt. I have to export these receipts for our business manager on a quarterly basis. It'd be SO nice to be able to batch export these instead of downloading them one by one on a quarterly basis.

collaborator permissions
Applicants love the collaborator feature, but they are confused with "Can view, Can edit or Can submit" because they do not understand the permissions are additive. Would it be possible to change these to "Can view", "Can edit" and "Can edit and submit"?

email when grant syncs
When a grant has been synced to CSuite, it would be good if there was some sort of alert that could be triggered letting a GLM admin know that it was ready to be paid or had been paid. Perhaps a custom automatic email event within a process?

Make CSuite grant number a hyperlink for grants that have synced from CSuite to the GLM
HI there - right now you can move easily between CSuite and the GLM grants using the hyper link of the grant ID number if the grant was created in the GLM and then synced over.
But, if the grant was created in CSuite (interfund or Donor Portal grants), and then synced over, there is not an option to hyperlink from the GLM to CSuite. There is only an option to "unsync the request".
It would be great to be able to move seamlessly between the two systems, regardless of where the grant originated.

Sorting on Request Summary
Is there any way to make sorting possibly on the Request Summary page? Sure would help!

All lists sortable or in alphabetic order
In SLM, it would be great if all the lists would be sortable or in alphabetic order. For example, when I am in the Universal Application, I have approximately 80 opportunities with follow-up forms that aren't sortable or movable. This is true in many areas that are not sortable. Same with Email templates. We have quite a few and It is hard to find the right one.

Change highlight color of administrator comments for applicants.
We have experienced a good number of applicants having difficulty locating administrator comments when sending applications back for revisions. The vertical blue line at the left side is easy to scroll by. Applicants then call or email with questions regarding areas to be corrected, stating they cannot locate what needs modified.

request summary tabs
When we open a request, all the tabs (or fields) are wide open. Is it possible to make the tabs be closed when you open a request and then you can open each tab so it is not so overwhelming?

Add a question type to the forms that is like the matrix on Survey Monkey. I have started using follow-up forms for surveys, and this would be a helpful option.

Allow co-authoring in Shared Documents and Docs tab w/n a request
While it is great to have a space where we can upload documents, I wish that these areas worked more like google drive or OneDrive. If a document needs to be edited, it must be downloaded, edited, saved and then re-uploaded. It would be great if we could open the doc in the cloud, edit and save it back into Foundant, and then move on to our next task.

Quick Abandon Request Option
If applicants and students were able to Abandon a Request directly from their Applicant Dashboard instead of having to go into each application, I think it would increase the changes of applicants abandoning requests vs administrators having to go in and do it. I am coming from SLM so the majority of our applications are linked to a universe but students don't end up applying to all the opportunities they may be eligible for so it leaves a lot of draft applications that I have to go into and abandon myself.

Would it be possible to add a reminder/warning dialog box to save changes before closing a report?
It would also be helpful to have a system reminder that reports do not auto-save. Unfortunately, we are spoiled by lots of systems that now auto-save and come to expect it. Thank you for considering.

Add Organization Column to Assign Users List in Process Manager
Is it possible to add a custom column or permanently add a column tot he list of users that appears when you "Assign Users". For example, when assigning Board Members to Evaluations, we have multiple councils who will be evaluating in each process. For example, denton-wise has it's own 20 member leadership council which will only evaluate denton-wise applications. But when we open the "Select Users" list, we can see all 120 Leadership Council members.

paging
I would love it if we had a toggle off/on for paging. It is not a useful tool for us and doesn't work well with my workflow. My colleagues have expressed the same feeling on that particular feature. I know it is a good tool for others, though.

Scholarships
When working on the Committee Page when turning on the on/off toggle buttons, each time you select it the page bounces back to the top, we have almost 300 we have to turn on/off and it is currently very time consuming. Is there a way it will stay where you are at so you can continue down the page?

Print View Options based on Roles
It would be extremely helpful if when printing applications to have the ability to select what questions are printed based on the user role. So when I print an application for an applicant, only questions that the application see will print. This would be extremely beneficial to our committees that print out the applications as well.

Show which requests have not been assigned to any Users
Currently, there is no report or mechanism in the system to show which Requests have not been assigned to Internal Users in Foundant. If this is missed, there is no way to go back and check for it as things stand right now.

Add Business title to search options on Users
Can we add a field (Business Title) in the search options on the Users Page. We have internal users from multiple departments and would like to be able to sort them out by business function.

attachment to instructions
ATTACHMENT TO A QUESTION AS INSTRUCTION or EXAMPLE:
It is not uncommon for us to receive incorrect documents, such as the attachment for a copy of the EIN # or 501(c)3 paperwork issued by the IRS. We believe our instructions are very clear, but we OFTEN receive an organization's STATE Sales Tax Exemption forms or some other document.It would be helpful if there was a way to have an attachment within a question or instructions, which would allow us to show a sample of the exact type documentation we require.

Due Dates Time Format
I how easy it is to enter the due date times for follow ups where you can actually enter in the time vs anywhere where else in the system, it gives you specific preset times which I then have to go back in and change after selecting the time. Having all the due dates set up with the same functionality of the Follow Ups would be much easier. I also wish there was a quick select due date time for 11:59 PM (midnight) as that is the time for almost every single one of due dates.
