Payment date checking
I'm running into two issues: First, I usually enter dates at mm/dd/yy, and the system doesn't seem to recognize "20" as the current year (the calendar that pops up doesn't match the current year's days/dates). Is it possible to get it to recognize 20 (and future years) as the current year?
Second, is it possible for the system to flag if I've entered a payment date in a year that's different from the installment due date? I just reconciled our statements from 2019 for an upcoming audit and found a couple payments that I had accidentally entered incorrectly, one for…

Selecting Winners- Conflict of Interest Forms
I would like to see a place for committee members to select their winner(s), and then proceed to a conflict of interest form directly tied to the system. I have sent out over 300 forms by hand and this feature would save me, at minimum, a week of work.

Sharing Branched Questions
I would like the system to allow questions that are branched to be shared. Right now, if questions are branched, they cannot be shared in other forms.

Request Status dates
It would be extremely helpful to be able to pull the "Request Status" by date filter into a report. We added new custom impact rating questions to some of our forms to track the success/impact of the grant and would like to pull all grants closed in a particular fiscal year to see that data. Right now we can only pull closed grants by decision date which doesn't give us what we need.

Evaluator Notes
When preparing for board review, our evaluators would like the option to make notes throughout the application that will only be visible to them, to which they can refer during board meeting discussions - similar to adding a sticky note to an application. These would disappear once the evaluations close.

Our committee would like to see a summary of all evaluations by process. Similar to the option we have with merging template for applications that spits out a word document. This would be helpful for our committee discussions.

Toggle feature for the Custom Grants Manager role
A possible toggle feature for the Custom Grants Manager role: Grants Managers do not have access to the Process Manager tool. So when you are assigning Grants Managers to processes, those are the requests that they will essentially be assigned to, but it doesn't give them access to edit/make changes/ or view the process as a whole.

Colour change to Rules when Branching Rules are broken
I would like to see when branching rules selection criteria have grammar/word changes if the rules associated with them would turn red.
I know already that if the entire question is removed, then the rules (And/Or) for the branching turns red, but it would be extremely useful if that occurred when someone changes the selection AKA if the Equal to "Selection name", if someone changes "Selection name" to something simple as capitalizing the N = "Selection Name" it will change the little blue or orange circle around the rules to red

Collaboration tool change
Collaboration tool needs some improvement. See tech support reference number below for background.
We've started using this new feature and it is great! However, we found that the invited "collaborator" as access to more than just the invited document or application. This is not good for what we need. We don't want an invited person to have access to "apply" button. If they are invited to collaborate they should only have access to that current request. We don't want them to have access to apply, change contact information, past information or reports. Only the portion they are invited to collaborate…

Ability to Zoom In/Out in Document Viewer
I love the Document Viewer but sometimes the document uploaded is really large or small and can be hard to read. I have to then download the document and open it outside of Foundant. It would be so helpful if I could zoom in and out of documents within the Document Viewer.

Would like to add fund name in the process summary for each grant process.
Many times a grant process is associated with a specific fund name. For example: "Ann and Abe Effron Grants 2019" (grant process) is associated with "Ann and Abe Effron Donor Advised Fund". When letters and grant agreements are being generated through document templates, we would love to be able to merge in the fund name for each grant process and not the name of the process itself. Sharing primary contact's name/contact information to application
We are finding that we don't always have the organization's current CEO/ED on file and so our award letter and other communications to the primary contact in those cases is addressing the former staff person (sometimes it's someone who hasn't worked there in a year or more!) and then we have to recreate the letter with the right person's name and resend. I plan to add a field at the top of each application asking to list the current CEO's name/contact information so I can cross-reference with our records. API Data Set Instructions for Google Sheets (Advanced)
I know that the advanced license has an API data set feature, but for the life of me I can't figure out a way to use it to connect to Google Sheets.
This would take our reporting to the next level since the formula list for reporting is scanty compared to what someone proficient with excel / and google sheets query can do.

User details - make middle name optional
A number of applicants have mentioned that they dislike disclosing their middle name when they sign up to be a user on GLM. We have no need for that information. Can it be an optional field?

Export Selected Upload Files from Process
Would like to be able to select and batch export file uploads within a Process. Selector similar to what is in Merge Templates would be ideal.

Eligibility quiz rules floating section
Can you please make the Eligibility Rules float next to the Eligibility questions in the Eligibility Quiz. It is very difficult to create rules when you cannot see the questions.
