Log On Page
I like the customization with the log on page (don't need to use coding with it) but I wish it was more similar to CSuite in how they have designated headers and footers in their site settings. I don't like how if there is too much information in the log on page that it makes you scroll down especially when there is important information.

Date Format in SLM
When creating a date question, I would like to be able to select a different format for how the date is displayed or what is required. Most times, we don't necessarily need a specific date just a general idea especially for graduation dates. This can throw off applicants because most don't know or remember the specific date.
For example only require Month and Year or just Year.

Batch populate data in a field
Batch populate a data field for multiple applicants that require the same data entry. After running a report or doing a search, have the ability to populate a particular field in the results with the same data without having to enter data one application at a time.

eligibility quiz
I've copied my scholarship processes forward, but it's not letting me edit anything on the quiz. How do I edit quiz questions to include new scholarships that have been created since last year. I've been told it can't be done.

Button to retrieve attachments at the org level
Similar to the button available at the application level, i would like to pull all available attachments at the org level - from all applications and other locations. Over the years we have stashed documents all over the place (org, application summary, in the actual application, etc.). Rather than "hunting" for a document that may or may not exists it would be nice to have an org level pull of available doc's.

alignment
It would be amazing to have an alignment option in the text editing of forms. i.e. the ability to left, center or right align text! Seems like a standard editing tool but it isn't available. Only indenting.

Internally select processes the user sees
We have 2 people who work in the GLM site...Each with a different set of processes we oversee. It would be so helpful to turn "off" or "on" processes that we need (I know this can be done each time we login = but it would be great to have this be a setting that doesn't have to be continuously set) Kind of like allowing committee members to only see their evaluations...It would be nice to specify which processes each of us sees.

Custom Columns: Have Process Name and Award Amount in Followups
It would be great to be able to have the Process Name and Award Amount available in the custom column choices of the Follow Ups Listing

Evaluation/form before approval
We'd like to be able to assign and work on evaluations independent of whether an LOI/application is approved or not. This could alternatively be a function that allows you to add forms prior to application approval.

Batch turn on/off "Show Applicant this Comment"
Can there be a button that lets you turn on/off all comments' visibility to an applicant/grantee in an application/form with the click of a button? For applications, we have multiple reviewers and the grant manager has to go through each comment one by one and make it visible after all are done reviewing.

I'd like to be able to deselect the primary contact without selecting anyone else. Currently, the only way to do this is by making the old contact's email invalid and deactivating them, adding them again, and leaving the primary button blank. This is time consuming since you then have to reassign all of the applications to the "new" contact.

Email alerts for assigned requests
A system generated email alert sent to the assigned grant manager when a follow up form is submitted only for the requests they are assigned.

Screen showing all of the evaluators and process towards completion
Create an easy screen that shows all evaluators and how may applications they have scored and how many to go, can be by process or have multiple processes on it. (If that is the same thing to a similar one on here great).

Notify administrator of undeliverable email
When emails are sent through the Foundant system, the only way to verify that the message went through is to dig into the email history for each individual recipient. It would be helpful if Foundant sent an 'undeliverable' notification to the administrator when a message bounces back as undeliverable. With frequent staff turnover at some grantee organizations, missed messages have resulted in missed deadlines for grantees.

Close LOI
It would be great for a way to close an LOI. We keep the LOI separate from the application. If an LOI is submitted and reviewed, the only options are abandon, deny, or delete. Abandon causes confusion for the applicants, they are usually not denied, and we want to keep them in the organizational history so delete does not work.

Fix reporting
I dislike the new reporting - the PDF version is terrible, if you have more than one page of a report, there is no bottom margin, it splits rows - in the middle of a row.

report
Currently when I export a report to Excel, the entire report is filled with a grey color. It would be nice if only the header row and summary rows were tinted, and the rest of the report had no fill. I have to reformat these, which takes time.
