Print email template summary
I use a lot of email templates in my workflow. I'd like to be able to print a summary of each email template so that I can review them side by side to make sure the language and format is consistent across the collection - I have noticed that I address the recipients in some emails as {Prefix} {Last Name}, and as {First Name} in others, that my signature line differs slightly between them, and other details that are just difficult to manage with the current set up. It would be even better if I could run this suggested summary in batch.

I didn't realize I had posted this before, but came here to post it (again, apparently). If I could select specific templates and have the option to download them to Word, that would work well.

It would be much easier to set defaults for email templates such as the signature line. I am coming from SLM so all the system generated emails come from myself. If there was a place in system data that allowed me to set a default signature line that would be one way to simplify the email templates.
