An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Cryan commentedI am commenting to hopefully bring this discussion back into play. I would like to be able to see the Denial Bucket on the main workflow page to show more than just denial drafts. I would like it to show the actual denials too at a quick glance instead of having to go into Requests & Decisions are search for them. I would also like to see a Declined section so you can easily see which ones were declined at a quick glance.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Cryan commentedSLM User: I use the comments sections to record outside communication including phone conversations, voicemails, emails, etc. I also use it for important information regarding the applicant when applicable. I would like to see the comments section similar to how notes are done in CSuite. The most beneficial features I would like to see in order of priority are:
1. Ability to add labels to Comments. It would be even better if we could create the Label Names so they fit each organization’s need.
2. Ability to set date on comment. I do my best to keep up with adding in the important outside communication but many times I put in a comment that is from days sometimes even weeks ago. It would be nice to see all comments in a chronological order.
3. Allow Comments made on individual requests to roll all into the main Comments tab on the applicant’s profile.Sara Cryan supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Cryan commentedSLM: I didn't want to add a new idea since this follows along with my thinking in having an extra bucket for follow up. It would be extremely helpful if the bucket labeled assigned/draft were broken out accordingly. This would be much easier to show who hasn't even started a follow up vs. someone who has started it but is unable to submit yet. We require our scholarship recipients to submit a class schedule and statement of account before we can pay the scholarship. Our deadline is July 1 so that we have plenty of time to track down students that are missing information, but there are also many students who's schools won't have this information for them by this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sara Cryan commentedIt would be very helpful if there was some type of check box next to the 3rd party email address that Admins said "Uploaded by Administrator" which shows that a response has been submitted. We get this all the time with 3rd Party people sending their letters directly to me and what I do now is put my email address in there and upload it so that it shows submitted.

I agree that the email templates need more organization. My suggestion would be to group the templates by event type so that instead of one big group called Available, the system would automatically group them into Submission Verification, Third Party Assigned, etc. Right now it is extremely hard to find emails especially ones not linked to an event type since it doesn't save the changes when you move the emails in a certain order.
