follow ups in process manager
When you are viewing the follow ups in the process manager it would be nice if you could view the due date/time and whether or not it is a hard deadline in the bar rather than having to click on it to drop down and see that information. It would make it so much easier to make sure that all of the dates were updated correctly and that the hard deadline is on or off. As it is right now, it's pretty time consuming when you have a large amount of followups per process. Thanks!

width
On a desktop computer with a wide screen, the extreme width of the forms, group boxes and questions can make it difficult to read the information. It'd be nice to be able to limit the width of these items as part of setting up the system, rather than having users who find it difficult to read across the entire screen resize their browser window - many don't know that's something they can do, and for those of us who do, it's an annoyance to have to resize it in order to work with GLM.

Is there a way to pull up closed grants within a process on our dashboard?
For example, trying to easily sort for this on my main dashboard, without creating a report. Want to easily email all previous grantees within a process about a new opportunity. I've already created the email template using Foundant.

Grant Application Forms
I have several forms for three of my processes. When an applicant logs into the system to submit their proposals, the forms are automatically open. I would like to see the forms closed so that when the applicant logs into the system and begin to submit their proposal, they can see how many forms that have to complete and it won't be so overwhelming. Another idea is for each form to be a tab so when they go to submit their application, they see that the tabs at the top and now that they have several forms to complete.

Showing Decision Dates
Regarding Show decision dates, I think that each process should have it's own decision date and that a specific date and be used instead of a spanning date.

Thumbs up/down more noticeable
It would be great if the "thumb" to approve or unapprove an installment were a bright color or even just a larger size - something akin to what happens in Community Suite when things that you have to do are in bright red text. Thanks!

Add New Process Type Attribute
Add new 'Process Type' field to processes and the 'Select Process(es)' dialogs in order to quickly filter on the list screens.
We have processes that are specific to our organization, our partners, and each of our 10 Affiliate Foundations, so when searching for data for Affiliates I currently have to manually select each relevant process (active and archived) on the list screen each time I want to see the associated requests and forms. With 45 Affiliate processes and new ones being created every month or so, it is very tedious and time consuming to manually select each process every time.

Installment Form
I really love the fact that Fondant has made the installment form a functional editable form under the decision tool. Thank you team!!!
My only suggestion is it would be great if we can have the ability to link shared questions on this form. Lets face it most of the grantee financial information from the decision point is needed for both the follow-up and installment payment so it would be great to get fields like that sharable at this point. Popup on Save button? after editing Data Set from report
Situation: I'm in a report, happily editing away, and I realize I want to edit the name and description of the data set; I do that, and the save button takes me into editing the rest of the data set, but doesn't give me a Return to Report button. Same thing happens if I edit the data set fields and press save. Move Email applicant button to the page after application is approved/denied.
When approving or declining an application the email applicant box appears at the bottom of the application next to the Save Approval & Approval button, but not after you've either saved or approved it.
Doesn't it make sense to email your recipient AFTER the approval, then if you are using a template with the Approval amt. fields in it, they will actually contain the approval data? If I email before approval it doesn't work and those fields come up with a zero. Transitioning From One Grant for Review Straight Into the Next
In other grants systems I've used, when you complete one evaluation, it moves you right into the next application for review. In Foundant, it pops you back out to the main menu where you have to manually select the next application for review. Just saves a bit of time, and makes it more obvious for new reviewers.

administrators should be able to edit field answers anytime
I like the tab view for requests, with the lower application and approval tabs side by side. But I've been mystified a few times when trying to edit a field answer... apparently you can't edit an answer unless you first go to the Request tab and press "view" on the Application or Decision (unnecessarily complicating the process). I think the Edit button for each field answer should be available to administrators at all times. It's not like it's easy to accidentally push...

Follow Up
After marking a follow up complete, it would be so much better if it would go back to the submitted bucket instead of staying in the follow up. Once you mark it complete or incomplete you are done, you don't need to remain in there. It would cut down on the clicks. When your doing hundreds of them those extra clicks really add up. Thanks!!

Follow-up review and approval
The current follow-up could benefit from a review and approval section. I agree we can insert an administrative comment and in short let the grantee know this has been approved but for organizations where there is a bit of a review and approval process it would be helpful to have something built into the flow to show the approval details to the grantee, along with any suggestions/feedback to include with next deliverable. Right now the system allows for all follow-up from grantee with no shared feedback to them outside of an email. So someone not familiar with the project and…

formatting date in email
Please allow for editing the date format in email templates. Our organization would never ordinarily send letters with a date of 05/02/2018, but instead with May 2, 2018. Would like the option to format dates more formally, as exists in Excel.

Submit or follow link in third party email is difficult to find
The email to third parties from an applicant has the link button at the very bottom of the page and "here" is highlighted. I seem to have a lot of international people that completely miss that little statement under the signature block. (Even when I state the location in the email) Can it be located more visible on the email or worded differently?
