  1. We are having new (or updated) administrators and grants managers appear automatically on email notifications. This is NOT helpful. We want to be able to designate which admins or other internal staff receive email notifications. An example is the submission notification email for a grant application - we need to edit the list anytime we add or change the permissions of staff.

    Desired behavior: Have the automatic addition of administrators/grants managers be an option that we can toggle on and off

  2. It would be nice after chatting with the online support help if it was followed up with an email summary of the discussion, and if necessary, if the issue was not able to be corrected through the discussion, it would be helpful that the discussion summary was also followed by a ticketed number system of the on-going issues.

    This has a two fold benefit for Foundant in terms of Client Service:

    1. The client has a copy of the conversation summary, so if the request is something educational, they can refer to it or forward it on to other staff. There…

  3. If a student enters an incorrect email address for a third party request, the system tells the student the email was sent. We would like to see if there is a way for the system to notify the student the email address was incorrect/invalid.

  4. It would be very beneficial if the evaluators for SLM could see all the evaluation summaries for each scholarship applicant (like the administrator can see) instead of the administrator emailing them a screenshot of rankings and attaching the overall summaries for each applicant.

    I have asked this before from support but was told not part of the evaluation stage or available at the time.

  5. This feature would allow an admin to set up an email reminding the admin and grants managers (other pertinent roles/individuals could be selected - in our case this could include front desk staff) that a grant deadline for applicants is approaching.

  6. When assigning a grant to a first-stage evaluator, if that person has also been listed as a collaborator on the grant, they will not receive the email notification and instead the notification to evaluate the grant will be sent to the grant applicant. This is a bug in the system and causes confusion for the grant applicant.

  8. Is there a way to remove or keep a group from receiving an email from GLM besides deactivating their account. There are times I would like group(s) to access their GLM account but consider them INELIGIBLE (or they requested to Opt Out) and I would like the ability to place group(s) in a specific batch email status so they do not receive batch email communication from GLM.

  9. I would like to see Project End Date added as a Merge Field - possibly under Request.
    In GLM, we ask applicants to provide a Project Start Date and Project End Date to their application so we can see how long they expect their project to last (and that it begins after our award date.)
    I would like to add Project End Date as a merge field in the Follow Up- Grant Report email template.such as : "project" was expected to end "project due date". Your grant report is due xx days following the end of your project.

  10. It would be extremely helpful for us if the Universal Application were able to be hidden behind an Eligibility Quiz. We have 5 applications currently and 4 have very different/unique criteria for eligibility. Those 4 are behind an eligibility quiz, but many of those applicants aren't eligible for the scholarships linked to the Universal Application. We're dealing with a ton of phone calls and emails from applicants that are confused and many are starting the application when they aren't eligible.

  11. When a grant has been synced to CSuite, it would be good if there was some sort of alert that could be triggered letting a GLM admin know that it was ready to be paid or had been paid. Perhaps a custom automatic email event within a process?

  12. In SLM, it would be great if all the lists would be sortable or in alphabetic order. For example, when I am in the Universal Application, I have approximately 80 opportunities with follow-up forms that aren't sortable or movable. This is true in many areas that are not sortable. Same with Email templates. We have quite a few and It is hard to find the right one.

  13. We have experienced a good number of applicants having difficulty locating administrator comments when sending applications back for revisions. The vertical blue line at the left side is easy to scroll by. Applicants then call or email with questions regarding areas to be corrected, stating they cannot locate what needs modified.

  14. It would be helpful if funder administrators could also manage collaborators on requests. E.g. I would like to be able to change a user to a collaborator. Right now, folks have created their own user and then when invited to be a collaborator, the system gets confused when it is the same email address. Thanks!

  18. I think it would be nice to implement a "soft deadline" or have a process not allow new applications to be started 3-4 days before the hard deadline date. I am using the universal application feature in SLM and we get so many applicants who start the application in that few days before the deadline. Most of the applications end up getting abandoned because students realize there is a lot more information that have to complete. I also get frantic emails from 3rd Parties asking if they have time to submit their letters of recommendation late. We have 45 scholarships…

  19. It would be super cool if potential grantees and scholarship applicants had the ability to mark upcoming opportunities to get notifications when that specific opportunity opens. It would decrease the amount of promotion on the administers side.

  20. Currently, when I'm logged in as an administrator I see a ? icon with an option to email support. I think it would be helpful for the applicants and other user types to have this as well but where it uses the same email address as what is visible on the registration page. I think it would make it easier for them to reach out for help rather than abandoning the effort.
