Auto email upon payment entry
Auto-email when a payment is entered so that it can trigger an email to grantee to expect payment.

Agree!! We deal with lots of unnecessary emails asking about a payment. I'd like to be able to program an auto email that would ping the grantee each time we mark a payment.

It only makes sense to have the grant manager or other internal staff be notified when a payment needs to be made. Our workaround right now is to send an email manually from the grant manager to our AA, so that she can send the payment request to accounting. Life would be so much simpler if the payment form would generate an email with all the info she needs.

Has there been any thought given to this idea? It would be so helpful as we send out over 4500 grant payments each year!
