read-only access to application documents for scholarship reviewers
Hi! I'm writing to request an update to the SLM/GLM reviewer experience that is regarding the cybersecurity of our scholarship and grant applicants. Currently, reviewers within the SLM/GLM can choose to either view or download scholarship or grant applications or the documents uploaded within them. For scholarship applications, these documents include things like FAFSA reports that include personal financial information. For grant applications, that could include things like tax returns, audits, and budgets.
I would like to request an update to the settings for Reviewers to be able to be given "read-only" access, meaning they would only be able to…

UA -Assign evaluations across processes in the "evaluation assigned" bucket
It would be wonderful if you could assign across processes within the universal application after an application is in the "evaluation assigned" bucket. I often have reviewers who are unable to complete their assignments and I have to manually reassign hundreds of individual applications. This functionality is so helpful in the "complete" bucket.

This became available in our February Release.

Applicant Filter
From the SLM Dashboard we have the ability to Filter by Processes. In the same way it would be great to be able to Filter by Applicant.
We do not use universal application so this filter would allow us to group, screen and use Batch options based on an applicant name.

While we have not implemented the filter on the dashboard, we have added new batch actions to the user summary page. You can learn more about that in the February Release.
We hope this helps your workflows, but if you still have additional needs please don't hesitate to reach out.

Table-Style Question: Formatted for Reviewers/Evaluators
It would be really beneficial for reviewers to be able to see all information that applicants enter/type in the table cells when using the side-by-side evaluation display. Currently, the number of characters that display per row is very limited.

Board Evaluation
We use Evaluation 2 as our board evalaution. Our board would like to be able to identify on their dashboard which applications they have read but not yet voted on. Is it possible to add another symbol such as a yellow dot - and a question on their evaluation form to put the application in this status? Thanks.

Is there a way for different groups of evaluators to have access to only certain applications?
For example, in the Shared Documents feature, our Grants Committee only has access to materials that I make available under "staff." We also have a Youth Leadership Committee made up of high school students that have a grant cycle and they evaluate a number of applications. We would love for them to have access to the applications in Foundant, but only want them to access to the applications they are reviewing.

Reports of Evaluation Scores
I am finding that it is more difficult to export Evaluation scores using the new Reporting tool than with the old Export Data tool. I am trying to create a data set (1 row per Evaluation) that just includes scores from the Application stage with the following fields: Organization Name, Project Name, Amount Requested, Evaluator First Name, and 2 fields for the 2 questions on our Evaluation Form. For each project, I get twice as many rows as needed: 1 set of rows without scores and another set of rows with the scores. I've noticed that even though I select…
