Board Evaluation

We use Evaluation 2 as our board evalaution. Our board would like to be able to identify on their dashboard which applications they have read but not yet voted on. Is it possible to add another symbol such as a yellow dot - and a question on their evaluation form to put the application in this status? Thanks.

    Chris,

    Thanks for taking a look at this. Yes, I’m sorry, I was talking about the evaluations they see when they click on their evaluations from the dashboard.

    I will send you the URL. And, yes, I do mean evaluations they have looked at/started – “draft” evaluations.

    This isn’t a high priority request, just something that would make it easier for our board members.

    Thanks for the suggestion. It's the first time I've heard this idea, but I can see where it would be handy. When you say "identify on their dashboard which applications they have read", I'm assuming you mean the list of evaluations they see when they click on their evaluations from the dashboard, correct (if you have the URL, that would be useful to ensure we are talking about the same page)? And by "have read" ... do you mean evaluations they have looked at / started ... so essentially a "draft" evaluation?

    And by "not yet voted on", do you mean not yet completed the evaluation?

    This isn't something yet on our roadmap, but getting a bit more clarity around the request would help us gauge the amount of effort required to develop it and help us appropriately slot it into our developmant roadmap.
