Bring back the ability to "pop out" the support chat window.
Please bring back the ability to pop out the chat window from the webpage. The revision to the chat prohibits the ability to detach the chat window from the webpage and move it across the screen so its viewable while working in GLM. It now disappears when continuing to work or look at forms to answer support staff questions.

Organization Summary Page - Option to Display 990 Link Instead of Charity Check
On the Organization Summary page, there is currently a link to the organization's Charity Check. Previously, this displayed a link to the org's most recent 990 instead, and some foundations prefer that view for quick access to financial information during the review process.
Request: Add the ability to configure which link appears on the Org Summary page -- either the Charity Check or the most recent 990.
Why it matters: Quick access to a 990 directly from the Org Title page streamlines due diligence workflows, particularly for program officers and grants staff who rely on that data during the review…

Flagging Unsupported Characters
Members of my team spent hours on chat trying to troubleshoot why they could not upload files to organizational profiles while I could. The issue at hand was the use of an unsupported character in the file name... the system did not give us any indication of this, nor did support staff ask about the file name. We managed to figure it out on our own.
Would be great to either list unsupported characters in file upload spaces, or to have a pop up message when an unsupported character is preventing file upload.

Recent Release Change to 990: Hard to Print
As part of our physical record keeping, we print two pages from the most recent 990. The recent release has made this become extra clicks due to page breaks on formatting available on the Financials & Compliance page version of 990s
Example:
Organization Summary > Financials & Compliance > 990 File > Opens as a visual render that breaks pages when printing.
To get to a version that is printable with the correct page breaks, I have to navigate to their Candid Profile first by either:
1.Organization Summary > Financials & Compliance > Organization Summary > Financials & Compliance >…

Can we have the ability to reorder archived processes in GLM?
I know others have asked for this, I think it would be really helpful for any foundation or funder that has multiple processes per year. Right now, our program officers are seeing an increasingly longer list of randomly-ordered processes to choose from when they're filtering. Our Archived list count is currently 38, and we've only been using GLM since 2024! Even just defaulting to an alphabetic order, as opposed to "the order in which processes are created" or whatever it is currently, would be helpful.

Implement a "foldering" system for processes, forms, and email templates
As a high volume organization with many departments deploying grants, the internal user interface is increasingly becoming unwieldy and unorganized. It might be helpful to implement a "foldering" system so different departments/teams can better organize processes, forms, and email templates which look different for each team.

Charity Check in Request Summary
Before the change in GLM UI, you could access the Charity Check tab within the LOI form of an organization. It made the work flow easier. With the new GLM UI you have to go to the organization summary page to access the left column of choices to access Charity Check. Is there a reason the Charity Check link couldn't be a part of the new Financials and Compliance tab that is now where the Charity Check tab was in the LOI Form? The way it is with the new UI, it causes several extra clicks to go between several…

Make 'See More' in comment windows a different color
On the new dashboard, when comments are so long that they don't entirely fit in the preview box, the user must click on 'See More' to reveal the full message. I find that it blends in and would love for it to be a different color to stand out from the message itself. That's an easy fix, right?

New Organization Summary - Add Amount Paid to Amount Awarded
I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

Records per page
Option to have more than 100 but not ALL in the items per page picker. Often the filer results are into the hundreds but an ALL selection would be too many on a page.

The new Organization Summary for administrators is missing the "organization email history". Viewing the email history is necessary in my documentation process.

Nonprofit Directory Visual Experience
Currently, when viewing listings in the Nonprofit Directory by category, there is a large blank space on the left hand side of each listing where it appears the uploaded logo of the organization should go (see attached image).
I have been told by Foundant that this is not a bug, so they will not fix it as such. Visually, it is very out of place and looks clearly designed for the organization logo especially given that this space is occupied by logos for fund listings.
I would like to suggest that this space be utilized for the organization logo in…

Remove "none" from the user comments field in new org summary view
(submitting on behalf of a user)
In the new organization summary view, users can view the cards for an org's users. On these cards, in addition to name, title, email, and phone number, there is a field for comments about that user. Currently, if there are no comments, it says "none" here. Feedback from a user would prefer this to be blank to indicate an absence of data, rather than showing "none" which implies an intentional lack of comment.

Add a system access indicator back to the user profile screen
the most recent upgrade got rid of the key icon in the upper right hand corner of a user's profile and i liked to propose it (or something similar) be added back. It was extremely helpful to have a visual indicator on the main screen of the user profile of if the user had system access or not. A color-coded indicator (green for access, red for no access) would be an improvement on the previous dark grey/light grey key icon.
The icon wouldn't need to be functional (like it used to be) now that the toggle for turning access on/off…

Make it possible to delete or hide sections of the dashboard that are no longer relevant
It is currently impossible to get rid of a section of the dashboard once you have used it in some of your applications. In our case, we used to have an LOI as part of our application process. We got rid of that over 5 years ago, and yet to this day two large boxes on our staff dashboard screen are taken up by a process that hasn't been relevant in close to a decade.

text boxes cut off
One of our evaluators brought to my attention that when she is completing evaluations – that the response to questions set up as text boxes are being cut off and it does not give her the ability to scroll. This seems to create a less than optimal experience for her and others. I realize to avoid this – I could create all questions as Text Area questions, but would prefer not to have to do this.

Abandoning/Closing and Application within the Application View
It would be nice to abandon/close an application when you're in it. Having to exit back out into the request tab and count which one you were in is confusing. The only way to be sure I'm abandoning the correct application is to open it but the option to abandon/close is only on the request summary view. I added images for better clarification

Display number of Applicant Opportunities selected
When building anything that applies to specific applicant opportunities (eligibility rules, scorecard questions and groups, application questions etc.) one must open the rule, select the Applicant Opportunites tab and scroll down a potentially very long list (133 and counting in our case) to verify which opportunities and how many have been selected. This allows a lot of room for error and creates uncertainty that the accurate number of opportunities has been selected prompting the builder to scroll up and down the list manually counting several times to verify.
It would be wildly helpful if the rule, group, or question displayed…
