Implement a "foldering" system for processes, forms, and email templates
As a high volume organization with many departments deploying grants, the internal user interface is increasingly becoming unwieldy and unorganized. It might be helpful to implement a "foldering" system so different departments/teams can better organize processes, forms, and email templates which look different for each team.

Now that there is more than just me using the system, a "folder" system would be wonderful. Not everyone understands my shorthand and where to find templates. I'm trying to use the template feature more, but it gets hard to find documents quickly and I drift back to file explorer where I can keep forms together. -

I would like to echo what Allan has shared. We, however, are not an organization with many departments, but rather a small staff foundation. Our email templates are so many that it is like a sea of emails, and finding the one we used last year in the process can be time-consuming and frustrating. Having folders to organize different emails would be great, and it would keep everything easily accessible.
