Now that there is more than just me using the system, a "folder" system would be wonderful. Not everyone understands my shorthand and where to find templates. I'm trying to use the template feature more, but it gets hard to find documents quickly and I drift back to file explorer where I can keep forms together.Vonda Carr

Right now we rely on institutional knowledge from someone in the building to remember who has a fiduciary, name change, new tax id number, etc. I do keep a spreadsheet of bizarre names, fiduciary orgs, and name changes. Another outside document that needs to be maintained.With the addition of pinned comments, we "pin" a comment on the profile stating who is their current fiduciary. But this is not a searchable option.
We do have CSuite and those that have access can search for org names and hope to follow the breadcrumbs.Attached is what I do in GLM for an organization that just needed a change. This one is not exactly the same situation. However, I have several similar to Danny's post.

Hello Katy,
have you tried using the auto search feature on request and decision, does this help meet the need OR would you have the idea of named searches you can frequently reference.

This is very important for our foundation. Not everyone has access to both CSuite and GLM. If the grant team runs the charity check that passes in GLM, they will continue to process the request. Once it gets to the finance team and it does not pass, it makes for an awkward conversation between departments and with an applicant. It should be the same level of review in both systems to prevent extra work for a grant that cannot be paid out.
