Additional Multi Factor Authentication Options
My organization recently implemented Multi Factor Authentication for logging into GLM. Unfortunately, the only option available is to download an authentication app to verify logins. It would be helpful to have other options, such as receiving a code via text message or email, in addition to the authentication app for verification.

I echo what has been stated in the idea and in comments below. We need additional options similar to the CSuite portal - email or text message. This is impacting our business and our ability to serve all community members.

Not having additional options has presented several challenges for our users.
We have many students letting us know they are unable to log in because they are on school computers, and their schools do not allow them to have phones. This completely prevents them from accessing SLM and greatly hinders their ability to apply for scholarships. Many students do not have computers at home.
This is also impacting our GLM users, both reviewers and applicants. While MFA is getting more common, not all users are comfortable downloading and using an app. Some do not want to download something new onto their phone to log in.
We also have several users with accessibility concerns and having only the MFA option is a barrier.
