  1. This ties into the universal application and applicant experience!

In SLM I would love the ability to delay auto emails by x number of days. We are processing scholarship recipients through SLM right now as our standing committee has just come to a close. However, what we have found clunky is that we use applicant ID's for blind review to align with our DEI initiative, and in turn, need a smooth way to turn those back into names.

What we have done is build a report that pulls all students with names/IDs/other information once they are approved and their award…

  2. As a new UA user, I love that we can test eligibility rules. It would be nice if this function could be expanded and allow for a full testing of the application. Besides seeing what opportunities are available, having another button to click on next to the approved (green) opportunities that show what supplemental questions exist for those opportunities would be great. This would eliminate having to create 'testing' applicants to ensure the complete opportunity is fully in place. Maybe keep the 'eye' symbol next to opportunities that are green, that when clicked, show the supplemental questions.

  3. I have only a certain criteria of students part of the universal application that I want to extend their deadlines. I don't have their names and cannot obtain from schools under the school's policy. I planned on determining who these students were based on the date they started the application, but this data is nowhere on SLM. So now I have no idea who the extension was for and will not send an email to complete the application to 700+ students when I know there is less than 30.

  4. Currently there is not a way to alert myself in SLM to a student that the donor wants to continue possibly funding conditionally in the future. I do not want to award them and place installments since the student is not automatically awarded. it would be nice to flag a student for a particular opportunity based on the donors request.

  5. When reviewing applications within GLM and asking questions, it would be helpful to be able to highlight text. Currently Rich Text Editor is available only to Admins. We'd like to see this available to ALL users.

  6. Hi Foundant Team!

Thanks for updating the print packet file names options in the latest release.

It would be great if 'Opportunity Name' would be an added field to select from for SLM users who have a UA. As of right now it seems as though We can only generate the process name, and a Foundation who has 160+ Funds linked to the single process, the opportunity name would be a great addition!

    Thanks!

  7. In UA, is it possible when editing the UA application - specific to an opportunity to add the name of the opportunity.
The question group label added to the end like: Process Manager / 2020 Community Foundation Scholarship Application/Application / Opportunity Name Here
