It would be helpful if once a donation is reviewed, it doesn't automatically advance to the next donation requiring review. That way, a tax receipt (if needed) can be generated without also having to return to the receipt bucket.

donation report order
When running donation reports, they appear Oldest at the top to the newest at the bottom. Is there a way to change the order by date?

donor portal donation report
I know a donation report can be exported from the donor portal, however, the donor addresses don't export. I've had some requests for this and had to pull the reports from CSuite and email. The fund advisor requested to be able to pull the donation report, along with donor contact information.

Make Donate Online Page More Mobile-Friendly
We have fund summaries for our list of promoted funds on our online donation page. When viewing this page on a mobile device, the fund names take up most of the screen and the fund summaries are squeezed very small so it's almost one word per line which stretches out the list and leaves huge spaces between each fund. It would really look and function much better if the fund summaries dropped below the fund names or if the fund summary column was wider. Thanks for considering!

It would be great if we could move the search bar to the top of the "Donate to a Fund" page if we're promoting more than a page's worth of funds.

Donation page enhancements
It would be great to have a streamlined donation page that has a customizable heading and intro text and also has a dropdown of funds rather than a long list of funds. It would also be nice to have the user be able to input their contact and billing information on a single page or at least fewer steps than it takes now to donate. The easier the donation experience for users, the more likely they'll donate and finish their transactions.

Ability to edit processing fee verbiage on donate page
This suggestion refers to the donation page when a donor is making a donation on our website. There is a "checkbox" for a donor to choose if they would like to pay the optional 3% processing fee. At this time, it is not possible to change the wording for this field, as it is hardcoded in the system. Current verbiage is attached in a screenshot.
It would be great it we had the capability to edit this language to something more friendly like...
"if you cover the processing fee, we will receive 100% of your donation"
or

Entering Credit Card Payment via CSuite with Stripe
Instead of staff going through the steps via the website to enter a credit card, this option would be on the backend of CSuite through Donations. When a donor shares cc information, the payment option Stripe should bring up a window to enter the cc. Exactly how adding a credit card works through the recurring donation option. This option can also help with preventing duplicates in the database using Stripe.

Donor Portal - Donate Option
I just spoke with a new donor who was using the donor portal and there is now a "Donate" button available to them where they can give to their fund online via credit card. Nice option, but once you get there, you go out of the portal and lose all the tabs and the only way to get back is using "back" button, and it's confusing. It would be great if the user did not leave the portal when using this option.

For yearly tax receipts, add field of household salutation
For yearly tax receipts, we have option to pull household label but not household salutation. Add this field as an option in year-end templates too!

Yearly Tax Receipts: Added the ability to print Envelopes for Yearly Tax Receipts. Best practice would be to use Custom Reporting, opposed to Filtered Reports, so that clients can filter out donors without addresses. Envelope job will not complete with profiles that are missing addresses.
Templates: Added the Profile and Donation Custom Fields to the Yearly Tax Receipt, along with the Household Salutation.

donation types
It would be nice to be able to deactivate Donation Types. We have some that are no longer relevant, but we don't want to simply delete them as it impacts the donations connected to them. It would be nice to have the ability to deactivate them so those donation types don't appear on the drop down when entering new gifts.
3 votesDonations: Added the ability to mark a Donation Type Active. This new functionality is located in Donations, Donation Types and Active column. Checking the Active next to the Donation Type will list the Donation Type on the Donation during creation or edit.

Reverse/CorrectTax Receipt
In the last year, CSuite offered the option to generate a new tax receipt serial # - this was often used when a tax receipt was accidentally marked as 'sent' or when corrections needed to be made to a letter. This function has been removed and tax receipts can no longer be regenerated, but now must be manually created. My suggestion is that users be given the option to regenerate individual tax receipts - especially for cases where letters have not been sent or corrections need made.
3 votesTax receipts can be regenerated on an individual basis. From the donation record, select tax receipt. You will be given the option to create a new tax receipt. Please contact support for further questions.

Please add "this week, last week and today" to filter options. The filter donation date does not include anything for a weekly report, which is something we use alot" Just makes sense if you are going to include preset values you would include all of them , year- quarter- month-week - today

Online Donation Page- Recurring Donations
Option for donors to set an end date for their Recurring Donations on online donation page. When donors enter their recurring donation online there is no end date that is able to be set, they must contact the office if they want to set an end date, for efficiency it would be easier for the donor to enter that date.

Enable relabeling of "Show all funds list" on donation portal
The prompt at the bottom of the donation portal reads "Show all funds list" and takes you to a list of funds unchecked as both promoted and private. For us who don't list ALL funds there, the label is misleading for donor. Allow us to relabel it as needed to say "Search other funds"

Recognition field in custom reports
Hello,
Need to provide Recognition Name for custom reports. Background: We have a custom report (1132) to display donors for Advised donations. This is great, however, I was told by Support that there is no field for the Recognition Name that can be added to a custom report. (please see support case ref:00DE0dl0R.5000L1PZgyq:ref )3 votes
