donor portal donation report

I know a donation report can be exported from the donor portal, however, the donor addresses don't export. I've had some requests for this and had to pull the reports from CSuite and email. The fund advisor requested to be able to pull the donation report, along with donor contact information.

    Using Safari, when I 'Export' donations from the donor portal, it opens another webpage with all of the donor info including contact info in a .CSV format but it doesn't actually create a downloaded file of the data. It works fine using Google Chrome.

    I agree with Heather's comment. This is going to be an issue as we're converting away from FIMS.

    This is essential for our organization funds. We have had many complaints from fund advisors since we transitioned to CSuite because this was available in FIMS.
