Enable relabeling of "Show all funds list" on donation portal
The prompt at the bottom of the donation portal reads "Show all funds list" and takes you to a list of funds unchecked as both promoted and private. For us who don't list ALL funds there, the label is misleading for donor. Allow us to relabel it as needed to say "Search other funds"

Updates to the legacy donation portal will no longer be considered. This label was changed to Show Additional Funds in the new Donation Portal.
