donation types
It would be nice to be able to deactivate Donation Types. We have some that are no longer relevant, but we don't want to simply delete them as it impacts the donations connected to them. It would be nice to have the ability to deactivate them so those donation types don't appear on the drop down when entering new gifts.

Donations: Added the ability to mark a Donation Type Active. This new functionality is located in Donations, Donation Types and Active column. Checking the Active next to the Donation Type will list the Donation Type on the Donation during creation or edit.
