  1. Hello,

    When you apply a Financial View to a report, you lose the ability to drill down into the numbers for detail. As an example, I created a Financial View for our budget report so that I can easily group accounts together for presentation (ex: salaries/benefits/payroll). However, I need to drill down into that group to review the activity of each account for the month. Without that ability, I'm left having to go back and forth between the Financial View report and the default Income Statement to look at detail.

  2. When creating a task, while it's nice that there is a calendar invite option, it would also be nice if there was an email alert option. So on the day that they task is set, the system would send an email to me to alert me of the task. This helps with two things - one, since my calendar is through outlook 365 any calendar invite I get doesn't actually add to my calendar so this feature is pointless for me. 2nd, we have a couple employee's who don't "live in the system" (log in every day) because their job…

  3. Please fix birthday entries to sequence mo/day/yr. The software only works if you enter the month and year first, and then the day. To fix it you need to notice that it defaults to current year and only erasing the field and re-entering in this order works mo/yr/day....not logical.

  4. C'mon North America, let's end the madness.

    With so many useful custom reports to manage, it'd be most helpful to make the custom report's # visible, when in the report itself - rather than just the title. That way we don't have to stop a filter update job midstream, just to confirm we're working off the right report.

    Us users will know exactly where we are - a frequently good thing. Support team will be able to locate lost souls more quickly. Better CSuite = more good philanthropy happens more quickly, more often = mo' better.

    4/5/2023: Reports: Enhanced reporting to have the ability to create the columns first by using the edit option next current fields. When selecting creating the columns for your report, clients can select the all or none option at the top of section or multi-select columns to display. Columns selected will populate in the right hand column, set column order and can be sorted from this view. Once all the columns have been select, use the save button just below the search bar.

  5. We have started scanning our grant documentation and attaching it under each grant. This appears to be the ONLY place that there is no option to share the file and push it out to the Fund Advisor Portal.

    Can we add that functionality? It seems like it would be the same concept as sharing on the voucher page where it pushes to that fund's portal.

  6. When filtering on a specific Org Role and also filtering on "active" in the custom Org Role report, the filter is yielding profiles with ANY active Org Role and ignoring the filter for the specific Org Role listed in the filter.

  7. Save settings for trial balance reports such as filters and show/hide subaccounts, ex subfund ect.

    these reports are helpful to balance gift, grant and pledge detail in general ledger to outer modules but it is a pain to have to recreate them each time

  8. If your donor data is organized by household, when you view the household Donation Summary, it rolls up the giving history for the household and its members. However, the canned, CSuite Donor Report does not roll up the household members. As a result, if an individual (who happens to be a household member) makes a Stripe gift and a new donor record is auto-created, even if we catch the fact that they are part of an existing donor household (and add to the household as an individual member), when we run the canned Donor Report for giving history over a…

  9. It would really be helpful if we could filter text fields with options like "contains" or "begins with", as examples. Ideally the filter options would be similar to Excel, where options like "begins with", "ends with", "contains" and "does not contain" are available. But having just "contains" would be a great start.

The audit report that has the net asset rollfoward (Fund balance change) can be run by various fund groupings but it would be great to have the option to show all the fund codes on one report: fgroup, division, fsubgroup, fsegment. Maybe an option to chose which codes to include on the export.

  11. Currently having to enter the same information individually for each grant is very tedious. Please make it possible to select a group of grants in a bucket, like 'request' or 'new' and allow certain bulk actions, such as changing the grant date and payment date and service area (until you associate service area with a profile).

  12. We would like the permissions around deleting reports to be just a little more granular.

    We understand there is currently an advanced permission to delete reports, meant to be assigned for "cleanup" as it would allow a user the ability to delete ANY saved custom report.

    Rather than go quite this far, we would like another option. We would like an option that could be more safely enabled for ALL users... which is the ability for a user to delete their OWN reports.

  14. Option for donors to set an end date for their Recurring Donations on online donation page. When donors enter their recurring donation online there is no end date that is able to be set, they must contact the office if they want to set an end date, for efficiency it would be easier for the donor to enter that date.

  15. We are working with opportunities, but we do not give all ambassadors access to CSuite, so we manage some of our interactions in spreadsheets. It would be wonderful if we could import updates to opportunities. Currently, we can import notes, but no other information. It would be great to be able to import opp tasks as well, so that we can track and report on all activity.

  16. Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates. Currently, donors can give multiple donations and multiple tributes during one online checkout. Only one tribute name and donation ID appears in their tax receipt. Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates so any and all tribute names and donation IDs will appear in their tax receipt. Thanks.

  17. We would like the ability to change the default accounts for gifts prior to posting from the gift module. The current method requires seperate journal entries to get the transaction in the correct accounts: Example: Deferred revenue and Gifts Receivable

  18. We have a cumulative list of grants for our foundations that date back to 1979. It would be nice to be able to add that information to an organizations profile so all of our grant information is in one place.

  19. In Financial Views or Fund Balances, we select certain groups of funds. When that group changes, there is NO EDIT button. We have to start the selections all over. Can you add a EDIT filter/selection button? Thank you.

  20. It would be helpful if grants that have been synced from GLM can still be edited after they are created in Csuite. For example, if the Fund needs changing or certain details need updates, the grant has to be backed up in the system until it is in the GLM bucket again before some details can be edited.
