  1. We are working with opportunities, but we do not give all ambassadors access to CSuite, so we manage some of our interactions in spreadsheets. It would be wonderful if we could import updates to opportunities. Currently, we can import notes, but no other information. It would be great to be able to import opp tasks as well, so that we can track and report on all activity.

  2. Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates. Currently, donors can give multiple donations and multiple tributes during one online checkout. Only one tribute name and donation ID appears in their tax receipt. Please add the tribute name and donation ID fields to the {{for each item}} area of donation templates so any and all tribute names and donation IDs will appear in their tax receipt. Thanks.

  3. We would like the ability to change the default accounts for gifts prior to posting from the gift module. The current method requires seperate journal entries to get the transaction in the correct accounts: Example: Deferred revenue and Gifts Receivable

  4. We have a cumulative list of grants for our foundations that date back to 1979. It would be nice to be able to add that information to an organizations profile so all of our grant information is in one place.

  5. In Financial Views or Fund Balances, we select certain groups of funds. When that group changes, there is NO EDIT button. We have to start the selections all over. Can you add a EDIT filter/selection button? Thank you.

  6. It would be helpful if grants that have been synced from GLM can still be edited after they are created in Csuite. For example, if the Fund needs changing or certain details need updates, the grant has to be backed up in the system until it is in the GLM bucket again before some details can be edited.

  7. For recurring donations through the donor portal where the donor has selected to add the stripe fee, the add stripe fee selection would follow through to the subsequent recurring donations instead of stopping after the first donation.

  8. It would be awesome to have a "select/deselect all" button when adding the funds to a fund advisor portal. I currently have to check each very small box to turn tabs on and off for each fund. Many of our 300+ affiliates have 10-20 funds and fund advisors come and go every day.

  9. Glossary of terminology with more detailed explanations than what's included in the question mark icon.

    Also provide equivalence meaning for such as Voucher - is it in invoice, a credit, a check?

    Grant Cycle, does this mean the start and end date of a grant? or how many cycles of grant making in a year?

  10. Please include a number count in the GRANT report. Right now when pulling a grant report for totals for the current year (which I have to do every week) the report only shows the total dollars. I need both the total dollars and a count of number of grants. So for this one thing I have to export to EXCEL and count.

  11. None of our non-admin users have been given the ability to delete custom reports. That means they can't even delete their own. The reason for that is that there was one permission, and that permission allowed someone to delete anyone's custom report, not just theirs, and that was too dangerous.

    Recently product added a new permission to reports, Custom Report Deletion. That allows someone to delete their own, but no one else’s. Even admins can’t delete someone else’s, unless they’re an inactive user. But now, with that one permission which we’d like to give to everyone to allow them to…

  12. It would be great to have a reporting option for the Public Securities data in our system. Especially for annual stock distribution reporting. A report that has the options to include quantities, donation amount, sales price, highs, lows, etc.

  13. We would love to be able to merge the scholarship description into our scholarship letter. This helps the schools know more about the award and why the student was chosen, as well as how the award can be used. This field is not currently available to pull into templates, but would improve our workflow!

  14. Anonymous grants don't print or make available to print the description on the check stub. It would be most helpful if the description was able to be printed. Being anonymous should only be related to the fund making the grant not what the money is for.

  15. We want to push our donors to the Donor Portal for fund statements. We have marked all of current portal users as "online" fund statements but going forward, we will need to know when additional fund advisors begin using their account so we can switch them over to "online" statements. It would be helpful if we could find all those that have created a password since a certain date. Since this isn't available, we're having to export the fund advisor CSV and note the date.   16. I discovered a major software glitch in Community Suite.

    When I go to Financials > Trial Balance – you get a report with debit and credit account balances which equals each other as it should.

    When you choose the Detail Trial Balance you get a report with a begin balance, debits, credits and ending balance. The problem is if you tally the beginning balance or ending balance it does not equal. The tally of the beginning and ending balance should equal zero.   18. It would be great if there were fields to capture donor children names and birthdates in the Household (as non donors). This would be particularly helpful when trying to capture minor children who are successor advisors instead of creating an individual profile for them.

  20. We would like to run reports on our Recurring Donations to do some further analysis. Looking under Custom Reports I see that we can run reports on Recurring Grants and Recurring Vouchers but not donations. Please add this functionality.
