  1. Can there be a way to add a Sponsored Organization on a vendor's voucher the same way you do on a grant. We have a lot of expenses paid via credit card and it would be helpful to be able to create a voucher with the vendor's name (ex. Dominion Energy) but make the check payable to our credit card since that is how the bill is paid. This way we can easily search/review expenses instead of having to dig through our credit card transactions.

  2. I understand that the dropdown selection for financials columns (fund, fund segment, fund division, etc.) has been moved under the "Edit" option on the left menu. This seems very hidden and many more clicks to get to. Please put it back on the top right corner of the report screen! Support said many people have been wondering today where that option went.

  4. Allow funds at the Foundation to pay for tickets to a Campaign via internal grant.

    i.e. Using Campaigns for a giving circle membership. There are a lot of giving circle members who pay with their donor-advised fund. To accurately manage membership through ticketing in Campaigns, adding some functionality to add/sell tickets with an internal grant is necessary.

  5. Currently there is no merge field in templates for Donation Advisor, versus Donor Name. For advised donations, it would be helpful to have a template that includes the fields for the advisor instead of the technical "donor." For example, Schwab Charitable may be the source of the donation check, but John Smith was the advisor for that donation. We don't want to thank Schwab; we want to thank John Smith. Right now, we must edit the thank you and it would be great if we could automate this process.

    If a donation advisor is added to the donation record prior to creating the tax receipt, the receipt will be addressed to the donation advisor.   There are two additional idea lab requests to print the envelope for the donation advisor (currently uses donor info) and updating the salutation to the donation advisor salutation.  

  6. Grantee reports showing previous grants applied for, denied, amount funded and amount requested. This is one report we really miss from FIMS. Also if you could pull this from the fund report side too.

  7. We have one staff member that puts in the vouchers then the accountant reviews them to make sure the fund and account number is correct then posts. It would be nice to see the account number used in the new vouchers screen for quick reference when you post all. Thank you

  8. We just sent login information for the Fund Advisor Portal and were surprised to see the system email (with the unique URL to create their password) was mailed to the primary profile email and NOT the email selected as the login. It would be nice if it went to the email we selected as login.

  9. This is similar to another idea that has been submitted regarding being able to void checks that have not cleared, but they system should require checks to go in sequential order as a disbursement control.

  10. We have 800+ funds and only want to promote ~10 of them on our donation page, sorted by group. However, when you click View All Funds, we would love the option to sort by group, not just alphabetically.

  11. I see there are several requests related to separating reimbursements from grants and fees for independent contractors. There is a work out that says we have to go to the GL to indicate if a certain GL should be on 1099. I would prefer to see a field or check box next to each voucher line item that can be checked for 1099. If for instance, consulting GL is marked as 1099, that code can be used to pay different entities including ones who don't need to receive 1099s.

    In CSuite the accounts will remain the main source for recording 1099 expense data.  If you have a line item for a voucher that should not be included in a 1099, it is recommended that you create another account (this could be a sub-account) that is not a 1099 account.  As an example, professional fees subject to 1099 report and a separate account (OR this could be a sub-account) that is professional fees not subject to 1099 report.

  12. I know I can add an expense to a campaign after the voucher is created, but that is an extra step. It would be better to add it to a campaign during the voucher creation process.

  13. When generating a yearly tax receipt for an individual donor, please list the years available in some kind of order - most recent at the top would be preferential but ANY order would be helpful. Right now, they're all mixed up with no rhyme or reason.
