It would be helpful if Foundant added a pay option to help us that know nothing about HTML to add simple things such as Logos etc to new donation portal, etc. We do not have a web designer or anyone with HTML knowledge. It is your expertise and could probably be done in a matter of minutes. We don't expect it for free. Can we not purchase blocks of time?

NACHA file can be downloaded before checks are posted
Right now the NACHA file can be downloaded for a particular date before the checks are approved and posted. For internal control purposes we would like to only be able to download the NACHA file after the checks are posted for that date.

organization child
When linking a parent organization to a child organization, there is not enough information displayed to distinguish the children from one another. For example BANK (Parent Organization) has two Children, Bank and Bank, you have to click on the children to see that Bank is John Smith and the second Bank is Jane Doe. Can there be another column displayed with the "Primary Contact" name.

Internal grant envelopes
Is there a way that the envelope option become available to accompany a letter that is processed for an internal grant? This is a letter for the person/organization that requested the grant and currently there is no envelope option that matches the grantors name and address that appears on the letter.

Batch Donation Notify and Grant Notify Emails
Send one Donation Notify and Grant Notify email per day summarizing gift activity or grant activity for that fund that day rather than, in some cases, dozens of transactional emails.

Donations - please bring back the option to use the enter button to process a donation
Prior to a recent update, when entering a donation and getting to the tax receipt template field, we were able to use the enter button on the keyboard to have the system process the donation.
For those of us that prefer using the keyboard instead of the mouse, It would be great if you could bring it back.
Since the update, we have to tab 2 more times before the enter key will work again or scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the mouse to click on process.

FA Donation notifications should include tribute information
Fund Advisor donation notifications currently don't include tribute information, if the donation has been made in honour/memory of someone. It would be helpful if that was a field that could be added to donation notifications, as it's very important to some of our fund advisors to keep track of this for their own fundraising purposes.

Campaign Ticket Guests
Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:
1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:
2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)
3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

email history - Fund Advisor grant request
The auto-generated "Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody" email is not in the Email History for that Fund Advisor. Can we please add it? (The Grant Post Notify email is in the History but not the Advisor Request Confirmation email)

Optional Two-Factor Authentication for Fund Advisor Portal
Please add the option to turn on 2FA at the Fund advisor level. At this time, we are choosing not to turn on two factor authentication for all fund advisors.

Navigate back to approval bucket after approving a grant
As a grant approver, my workflow would be greatly improved if I had the option to navigate back to the Approval bucket after I have approved a grant. The current options don't work for us because we move grants to the Approval bucket to encumber multi-fund requests. They aren't necessarily ready to be paid out yet, so jumping to the oldest grant in the approval bucket isn't helpful at all. It would be much more helpful to go back into the Approval bucket to scan for grants that are ready for us to pay.

Add "Admin Fee Type" or "Admin Fee Group" to Financial Filter
Please add "Admin Fee Type" or "Admin Fee Group" to Financial Filter. We have many different types of Admin fee types linked with many Admin Fee Groups. We would like to be able to quickly run financial reports by those grouped funds.

Currently, you need the Profile ID or Fund ID to do an Upload in Custom Reports... could we add the option to upload by Donor ID?

Donation Portal: Event Tickets option to cover the fees
Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. We want to keep the option for a DONOR…

Event ticket tabs on Donation Portal
Please remove the internal page links that appear at the top of the screens when purchasing event tickets...
Campaigns > Navigating the Middle - Becky David (this is the campaign description) > Workshop registration (ticket Name field)and also change the word "DONOR" on the event ticket summary page to match the next screen that says CONTACT. Not everyone on purchasing an event ticket is a Donor and it's confusing to them.

Outlook Plugin for CommunitySuite
Can currently copy profile ID for profiles in Little Green Light when sending emails out of Outlook and the email will automatically attach to the profile as a note. Big step backwards for them to have to manually copy and paste or attach emails to profiles in CommuintySuite.

Grant notify details needed
Our fund holders love the grant notify email (confirming the grants they have submitted) however many have asked for more details. They would like to have Grantee address included to confirm that the correct location was selected. They would also like to see the amount formatted to dollars.

Donation Portal - Sort/Category Option for events
Would you please consider adding a sort option or categories for events? We have events for NonProfit Professionals, Donors, Development Officers etc and it would be nice to be able to group them together for ease of viewing and registering.
