  1. When a profile is created, auto-populate 'Service Area' from the list of cities/states defined for each service area. This provides consistency when pulling lists based on Service Area.

  2. Give us "USPS Validated" as a report field.

    Use case: We can filter our grants or voucher buckets to quickly determine which addresses still need to be validated.

    As it stands now, I cannot run a report to see which profiles have a USPS validated address.

  3. Allow data from the item to be reported such as the fund name and not just from the profile payment. You can add multiple donations and invoices to a profile payment that are being put into funds other than the initial one entered on the profile payment. We utilize the information multiple times a day to create confirmation of correct information entry. We want to know when there are both donations and invoices on a profile payment. But knowing the different funds, when there are multiple donations is just as important.

  4. Please add a description to the open promise/pledge page under a profile. We can currently only see ID, Donor, Type, Date, Amount. It would be helpful to see a Description that would allow user to know which promise we need to apply funding towards. Without more information, we must click into every single ID until we find the precise entry needed.

  5. Currently, when a fund advisor submits a grant request that is fulfilled via an internal grant (a transfer to another fund within the same foundation), the Grant Notify email is not triggered upon posting the internal transfer check.

    This creates an inconsistency in the donor experience:

    Fund advisors receive Donation Notify emails when their fund receives an internal grant

    But they do not receive Grant Notify emails when their fund gives an internal grant

    This lack of communication may cause confusion for fund advisors, especially if they are used to receiving confirmations for external grants.

  6. The Nonprofit Directory within the Giving Hub would benefit from a new "Cause" field that can be displayed publicly and optionally used as a filter. Many nonprofits support distinct causes—such as animal welfare, housing, or the arts—and donors often want to give based on those interests.

    This addition would:

    Help donors find nonprofits aligned with their values

    Make the directory easier to browse and explore

    Support future enhancements such as cause-based campaigns or communications

    The field could be managed similarly to Philanthropic Interest Types or via a simple dropdown/tags on the nonprofit profile designation.

  7. Please include the "Last Login" field in custom reports and the Export CSV on the Fund Advisor page.

    It would be extremely helpful to have access to a Last Login field for Fund Advisor users in both custom reporting and the Export CSV. This data point would allow staff to:

    Track engagement with the Fund Advisor Portal

    Monitor inactive users over time

    Measure portal adoption and effectiveness

    Proactively reach out to unengaged advisors

  8. It would be incredibly valuable to expand the filtering capabilities of the Giving Hub to allow users to filter funds by Fund Group and/or Philanthropic Interest Type. This enhancement would help donors more easily discover funds aligned with their passions and simplify navigation of large fund lists.

    This feature would also support foundations that organize funds thematically—such as education, environment, or healthcare—and want to provide a more tailored donor experience.

    Fund Group
    Philanthropic Interest Type
    (Optional future ideas) Region, Fund Type, etc.

  9. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a default Bank/GL account to specific funds, so that when vouchers are created for those funds, the system pre-populates the designated account. This would streamline AP workflows and reduce the chance of user error, especially for organizations that manage legacy funds with dedicated legacy bank accounts.

    Organizations managing multiple legacy funds that have their own bank account(s) need a reliable way to ensure vouchers tied to those funds are consistently paid from the correct account without relying on filtering or memory.

  11. Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

  12. We utilize "Check Memo" on scholarship checks to note the recipient's name and student ID, so that in the event the cover letter gets separated from the check, it is clear whose account should be credited.

  13. Filter donations by employee who entered - We have multiple people entering donations and it's very time consuming to go through the unposted donations and check them one by one to match that employees deposit for the day.

    It seems like it should be a simple thing to add.

  14. There is a new feature in the sandbox that allows users to manage the Create Grant Documents flag at the individual grant level. However, grant requests pulled in from the fund portal (and maybe GLM) and existing requests in process have to be individually marked Yes for a grant letter. We would like to turn off this feature or set the default to Yes.

  15. Ability to bulk edit fund statement type by fund type, via custom reports. We are migrating to email all fund statements to just agency funds and would like to bulk edit all advisors to receive email statements.

  16. Give us more characters in the donation Description field, please! Currently, there is a limit of only 256 characters, which is very limiting. We use that field to list the details with stock gifts, as that field is visible on the portal for donors. 256 characters doesn't go far when donors are donating multiple stocks.

We'd love to use the affiliate portals, but we've historically run into legal issues with having affiliates listed in ways that could be perceived as their own entity, thus we'd love the option to NOT make the affiliate the grant advisor (and therefore the vendor) for internal grants so the grant still flows through our main org's profile and the grant advisor is listed on grant letters as such.

  18. It would be great to be able to put alternate budgets (reforecasts) into CSuite for the same year so report on both the original budget and updated forecast. Right now, it only allows one budget per year.
