  2. I feel like the donation tax receipt area is a bit confusing. I think it might be easier to understand that you "sent" out the receipt with a check box instead of an "unsend" once receipt is sent. It confuses me every time. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the wording is just a bit tricky.

  3. The notes that are automatically saved to grantee profiles when a grant award letter is sent do not include emails that were cc'd, nor is the attachment included. There is a link where a file could be attached, but it gives me an error and I don't want to have to manually attach grant award letters to each note on a grantee profile anyway.

    When emailing grant award letters from CSuite, we have added a note in the Other Detail field on grantee emails that they are for grant notifications, but this detail isn't available as a field to pull…

  4. The category function is great for organizing files but we would like to provide more organization by having sub categories. Like a main category would be Finance and sub categories would be documents finance would be concerned with such as W9s. Thank You cards would be a Donor sub category. etc.

  5. I am curious to know if it is possible to hide non-custom fields? For example, if we never utilize the Recognition Name field in a profile, can this field not be provided as an option in the creation and view of a profile?

  6. We have many donors who are entering their prefix (Mr/Mrs/Ms) to the "Suffix" field in the Giving Hub. I'm shocked that these aren't fields that we can customize in the Giving Hub Settings/Content pages. Or why isn't "Prefix" field being used already? Why have one and not the other?

    The Giving Hub check out page as it is currently configured is importing names incorrectly, and is causing a lot of data clean up work. We can't mail a thank you letter to John Doe Mr. - and what if a donor wants to put his name in as Mr. John…

  7. Display a “Fund Donation Total” on the Advisor Portal showing the all-time total donations made to a fund. This can be placed on the Donations tab or another location on the portal where it is best suited.

  8. Currently, the Print Envelope feature only generates PDFs. Having the ability to download envelopes as a Word document would be extremely helpful, as envelopes often need minor edits before printing. With the current PDF format, the template formatting frequently shifts and addresses spill onto a second page, making them difficult—or impossible—to edit and print accurately. 
     
    Since Donation Receipts already include a Word download option, it seems this functionality may already exist on the development side and could potentially be extended to envelopes as well. Adding a Word option would provide much-needed flexibility and significantly improve usability.

  10. Similar to having secondary assignees to opportunities, it would be extremely beneficial if we could add secondary stewards to profiles and funds. Right now, the limitation to one steward per profile is problematic as we have profiles with more than one fund which have different stewards.

  11. It would be great to allow us to add a section that asks how the donor heard about the fund they are donating to. They could make a selection from options we provide, such as website, event, referral, etc. This would help greatly with marketing efforts.

  13. It would be highly beneficial to have the Portal Login Email option available in CSuite for all designations, not just Fund Advisors. Our team regularly creates login emails for Donors and Grantees, and enabling this feature for these groups would: Standardize communication across all designations & reduce reliance on Outlook for manual sends and save significant time and reduce errors through automation

    Currently, this functionality appears limited to Fund Advisors. Expanding it to Donors and Grantees would materially improve efficiency.

  14. Change the way CS searches names when adding a donation advisor: Currently, when you search names to add a donation advisor, the search factors prefixes and suffixes. It would be much easier if it just search Last Name, First Name. In some areas of the system, this is how the search function works, but it's not consistent across all area.

Currently in CSuite, when a user sorts a Bucket/Workload/List page by a specific column (for example: Grantee, Grant Date, Amount, Status, etc.), that sort resets when the user navigates away from the page and then returns. This requires the user to reapply the same sort repeatedly throughout the day.

    We are requesting that Bucket/Workload/List pages retain (“stick”) the user’s last selected sort order when navigating away from and back to the page, either for the duration of the session or as a user-level preference.

    This enhancement would:
    -Improve efficiency for staff who rely on consistent sorting to manage daily workloads…

  16. It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

  17. The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.

    Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)

  18. Hey there,

    In the voucher upload screen, would it be possible when uploading a csv to get a preview page after the initial upload page where we can verify the data prior to fully submitting? We upload 50+ vouchers as a time to record credit card transactions and it would be very nice to be able to confirm that nothing happened in the upload, like a value shifted and ended up causing a misalignment of values, or a profile number got entered incorrectly. This would prevent any kind of upload problems that would require subsequent manual deletions of a whole…

  19. When you go visit an organization's page in C-Suite, it would be great to show a list of GLM submissions that you could click to open the PDF, much like the list of grants can open the individual grants. These could be arranged by date, so you could easily see the most recent.

  20. A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.
