Donation Batch - Files
We like the new donation batch entry screen, but please add the option to attach a file for documentation that is then automatically attached to all donations created through the batch process. Otherwise, we still have to go back to each created donation and attach the documentation for audit purposes.

opportunity beneficiaries
The listing of beneficiary opportunities on the Org relationship tab is great. However, could you please add the donor's name on that listing? We don't know who these donors are because there is no name listed. This would be very helpful.

Opportunity Task Workflow (Repost due to archived)
We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating a number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.
I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be CUSTOM designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.

Improving the Grant Approver Process
As a large foundation, we believe the proper way to manage grant approvers is by allowing specific users authority at the fund level. More specifically, this is almost always based on Fund Group, SubGroup, Division, or Segment. It’s very difficult to manage this, though. When assigning approvers, you have to manually choose each fund they can approve, one by one. There’s no way to filter the list of funds, and there’s no batch update function. Printable Profile Summary Sheet
I would like to have a printable summary for a Donor Profile (or others) that includes the Profile Information, any Profile Types or Opportunities associated with the Profile, Engagement Strategy, and Notes. When I go into a donor meeting, this would be a great tool to capture the relationships and recent actions with a donor and to have handy during our discussion.

Connected Profiles in Notes
While there is the current ability to copy (duplicate) notes, it would be extremely helpful to have a Connected Profiles field, just like we are able to do with Opportunities. That way, if a note needs to be updated/edited, all connected profiles will show the update/edit. As of now, we'd have to find all copies of the note and update/edit each one separately.

Duplicate Names - Separate by Type of Profile
Allow Potential Duplicates to be separated by type of profile: for example separate potential duplicate org profiles from potential duplicate individual profiles. In the screenshot included, you'll see individuals and orgs are in the same list.

is there a way to change the name of the button in event registration from ticket to registration
Provide the option to change the name of the button in event registration from ticket to something else in order to customize for organizations. Example we do not use the language of ticket but reservation since we do not physically provide tickets for an event.

Pay email for customer invoices
When we email customer invoices the primary email is the default email, even if there is a separately marked pay email on the profile. Invoices should default to going to the pay address, not the primary. If you email invoices individually you can select what email address to use but you can't see which email is marked primary or pay unless you go back to the profile which is tedious, and the bulk email does not even list the option to switch the recipient email . Create VIEW ONLY proxy / "login as" permission
My team finds it incredibly helpful to proxy in / login as a donor to help them navigate the portal. Right now, if you have the proxy in permission, you are able to make grant requests and changes to the constituent's profile and fund. The system log does not mark those actions as the person who proxied in. It marks those actions as though the constituent made the changes. This is critical for audit purposes and creates several security and control issues.

unused check
We should be able to add multiple unused checks at one time in a batch instead of needing to add them one by one. For example, if you have a printer error and need to mark 30+ checks as unused this is very tedious to do one by one.

Enhanced User Login & Engagement Tracking in Community Suite
We push people to the Portal a lot, but right now we really don’t have a good way to see how often people are actually logging in.
We can’t easily tell who’s active, who hasn’t logged in for a while, or whether people are using the Portal the way we hope they are. Without that info, it’s hard to know what’s working, where users might be getting stuck, or how engaged our fund advisors and other users really are.

Allow Event Campaign Requests to be Conditional on a Per Ticket Basis
Currently, Event Campaign Requests display for all tickets within an event. There is no way to limit a Request to only specific tickets.
We would like the ability to make Requests conditional based on the ticket purchased.
For example:
Dinner tickets may require a meal selection, but a general admit does not.Right now, all Requests appear for every ticket, which can cause confusion, unnecessary data entry, and post-event cleanup.

Invoicing
It would be great if there was a way to convert multiple invoices for the same vendor into one document to be sent to the vendor. This is of particular interest for loan invoices where multiple funds participate. Otherwise the vendor will receive a separate invoice for each fund, each month rather than just an aggregate amount.

admin fees to two funds
It would be very helpful to be able to charge two admin fees to two different funds on one invoice. We have fiscal projects receiving grant funds with an indirect cost built in. Part of it covers our admin fee and part covers their overhead. It would be nice if that split could happen as part of the admin fee process. We are currently having to manually move their overhead costs.

Internal Grants Display Differently Between Portal List and Export
When you look at the Grants within the portal, the grantee column shows the name of the fund to which an internal grant was made. When you export this same data the csv file shows the grantee name as the name of your foundation, which is causing confusion for advisors who are comparing the two. Is it possible to have the grantee be the fund name in the export as well? It would be also be great to be able to customize the fields that are included in the export beyond the default selections.

DAF button at giving hub check out
Hello! Currently we add coding into our giving hub/directory pages through the nonprofit designation statement area that allows html. The coding creates a button for our DAF holders to select and be redirected to the login area so that they can direct a grant via their DAF. It would be great if this was available at check out without additional coding. Essentially, we would like a Donate now with your DAF button at check out.
