Prim Date on addresses needs to be a searchable/filterable field by date in Custom Reports.
For large mailings that may be going out in the future, Foundations using professional external print vendors for large mailings will often need to provide an accurate data list of addresses well in advance. If the future mailing date would affect the addresses pulled (e.g. knowing that the future mailing date will have toggled many Prim Dates to a different address than is currently Primary), there is no way to actually search or filter or BULK report for Prim Dates.

Campaign Fundraising Income Statements - add filters
In Campaign / Events / Income Statements - please create the ability to add filters. Currently, on fundraising events, the income statement pulls revenue from a fees/general ledger account that does not relate to the actual event revenue and should not be mixed in with the fundraising general ledger activity. This results in always having an incorrect Income Statement for Fundraising Events tied to specific fund types where other fees might occur.

Uploading documents in portal for fund advisors
Love that I'm able to upload documents, such as newsletters, with visibility in the portal for online fund advisors. The only limitation is that it must be done for ID of every fund group (ie: scholarships, donor advised, Agency, etc). It would be really nice to have a global option to upload a document (and potentially a notification) in 1 transaction that impacts all funds. If that exists and I missed it, please share!

List both Individual and Household opportunities under Household profile
It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

Add option to add a Custom Field to view on a profile's Donor link
Add the option to be able to add a Custom Field in the Donor link on a Profile when viewing a Profile's donation history, if the organization has added a Custom Field associated with a donation. Currently, we have a Custom Field that can be viewed only when we open each donation. We would like to be able to see at a glance, the Custom Field when opening the donation history on a profile. Currently we either have to open each donation to see this field or run a report for a donor when we want to see this field.…

Require Two-Factor Authentication Option
Allow the option to require two-factor authentication for Fund Advisors in the portal. Currently we can only advise they enable this feature but would like the toggle option to require it as an added security measure.

When running an opportunities report or viewing opportunities, it would be beneficial to be able to filter the opportunities by stage. Viewing and reporting by stage can facilitate progress updates and help identify categories/levels of donor engagement when used for moves management.

Right now, we can search by GL account number in the search bar but it would be great if we could search by account name. Is it possible to add that functionality?

Expand Custom Field Objects List
Additional options for custom field objects would be very useful. For example, we'd like to build a custom field specifically on the student record/student designation part of a profile that could then be shared to SLM as an integrated custom field. We are also interested in building custom fields on scholarships - not on individual scholarship awards but on the profile for an available scholarship from a specific fund. We envision using this for things like eligibility criteria, number of scholarships/scholarship amount, etc.

Improved Grant Catalog Capabilities
We are in the process of launching our first grant catalog. We have carefully curated the catalog, retitling it the Giving Gallery and selecting a diverse range of requests. We are eager to share this opportunity with our donors and larger community. However we have a few notes for consideration.

Need to easily confirm data within the Data Visualization Tool
The data visualization tool is a great addition. However, I would like to be able to review and check the data that is being pulled into the charts, numbers, and graphs. Currently the only way to check the data is to create a separate custom report, and then cross check with the data visualization. Ideally, I should be able to click on a chart/graph/number in the data visualization tool and it should automatically bring up the data that is being pulled into the visualization. Manually creating a separate report to check each data point is a bit frustrating and redundant.

Allow Fund Advisors to manage their notification settings
I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

Edit button placement on Funds - too much scrolling
With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.

reoccurring donation
We would like a fund advisor to be able to see when a reoccurring gift has been made to their fund. Currently they can see when the gift comes in but not if is reoccurring. Staff must relay this information. This would be particularly helping for project based funds who may be managing their own pledges outside of our system.

Donation Advisor Salutation please add tax receipt template fields.
We send matching gift acknowledgement letters to the donor whose gift is being matched. Our current fix is their full name and then we must remember to edit. Someone else proposed this idea two years ago and it was archived.

Would like there to be more freedom in campaigns to create multiple choice, free response, and Y/N surveys for volunteer recruitment and tracking and surveys to send after an event to collect feedback.

inactive household profile
When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.
If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.
Is there a way to fix this?

Attachments to Beneficiary Grants
The ability to attach documents to recurring grants is great but it would be nice to be able to attach documents to beneficiary grants as well. We process a large number of beneficiary grants and it time consuming to have to attach all the necessary documents to each grant every time we process those grants.
