  1. Please add a tally of Interfund Grants on a Fund Advisor's home page. As it stands now, they have now way of knowing that the difference between "total Granted" and "funds avialable" is because of these internal grants. In our case, most of the the interfund grants are to special purpose funds for communitiy initiatives, not to other DAFs. To a Fund Advisor, these interfund grants are the same as external grants when they think about what they have supported, and thus should be displayed on the home page.

  2. I need to pull a report with all the scholarships given out for a certain year with the amount and name of fund but if it is a multifund I have noticed that it will not pull the master or the funds attached to it.

  3. It would be nice if the internal transfer grant fields upon initial entry would reflect the same fields for external grantees. Namely the "grant summary" so you don't have to go back into the grant and select "edit." It saves times.

  4. For report options on recurring grants, please add the number of recurrences to the export. We don't have a way to double check a group of recurring grants without looking at each one individually. Also, once a calendar end date is implemented, please add that as both a column for the export and something that can be filtered on.

    P.S.  This can be accomplished by creating a Recurring Grant custom report  which has all of the recurring fields available.

  5. I am hoping to have a solution to be able to sort or categorize the list of grant cards by it’s Status. Our list is pretty long, and I’m wanting to be able to quickly see the posted cards to be able to check status.

    Either a sort option in the column, or possibly two sections, one for canceled, and one for posted?

  7. It would be helpful if custom text fields would word wrap similar to the way the Notes area does. We would like to use a custom text field on funds but don't like how it stretches the fund information table out to the width of the screen. When that happens it then pushes down the Fund Advisors, Grant Approval, and Fund Profiles information below the Fund information instead of on the right side.

  9. We would like to be able to link a grant to an opportunity. We are hoping to use opportunities to track our relationships with potential grantee organizations and then link a grant (internal or external) in the end.

  10. We are using a follow up form for our grant agreements. We liked that the grant request "owner" can invite a contributor to digitally sign the form and that when we look at the form we can see who logged into their account to digitally sign and when. It would be nice that if we need to print the grant agreement we could see those details that are visible when we hover over the information "i" next to the textbox. Currently, when I click "follow up documents" to create the PDF, the details of who actually signed and when are…

  11. It would be very useful to be able to pull a report of all grants that were assigned a grant letter template. For example, we occasionally receive requests from grant advisors asking for the grant to be mailed to a different address from the grantee's main payment address. We have a letter template that includes a receipt form that grantees are asked to complete and return to us. The Grant Letter Template filter would allow me to quickly look up any grant that we need to track for this receipt.

  12. Not sure if this already exists but I would like to stop profiles from being auto assigned to service areas. We only use service areas for grants/grantees so I have to change it back to blank for donors or non-grantee profiles. Is there a good reason the service area auto-assigns that I am missing?

  14. Our grants require backup from the Fund Advisor showing the intent of their request. There are multiple avenues in CSuite where this information can be compromised.

    If a Fund Advisor manually enters a grantee or creates a request from GuideStar results, a profile and grantee record are created. We are able to change the grantee, but a problem occurs during profile clean-up that removes the Online Grant Request box.

    e.g. Fund Advisor uses GuideStar results to grant to Virginia Historical Society. We recognize this instead as Virginia Museum of History and Culture, their updated name. Grantee was changed on grant…

  15. When coding a stock donation to go to spendable it would be helpful to have the proceeds show as spendable and not the donation.

    When a grant is issued right after a stock donation has been posted we want to issue the amount of the proceeds.

  16. When a fundholder recommends a grant to fulfill an opportunity, there should be a way to link this in the same way a donation is able to be linked to an opportunity.

  17. The emailed notification should be set up to go ONLY to the fund advisor associated with the particular grant request, not all fund advisors for the fund. In many cases there are multiple fund advisors, including other family members and professional advisors who have no need to see an email except as it relates to grants they specifically requested.

  19. When syncing GLM grants and then creating grants in CSuite, all grants at our Community Foundation receive the same grant letter template. Currently, it is required to select the appropriate template letter on all individual grants, sometimes 50 or more. It would be a nice convenience to have the ability to set a default grant letter template when syncing grants from GLM to CSuite.
