1. Field Testing Ideas Before Launching Them

   Is it possible to have webinars or sandbox tests before an idea is actually launched so that we can understand how the changes will affect our work, as well as any look to our portals? I understand people can vote and take a poll in newsletters, but this doesn't really get live feedback from people. I believe it would be great to 'hear' why someone requested the change and how it could be used to help us. That information could be better obtained ahead of time so the work Foundant teams do is worthwhile and includes as much feedback as possible.

2. E-Mail Attachment and Responses

   It would be great if you could attach a document to an e-mail and also when the person responds, it goes into their Profile record

   • 12/05/2024:Outlook Integration: Added the ability for users to connect CSuite using an Outlook App. In the Me section of CSuite in the left hand menu, users will see the API keys. Selecting this menu option will bring the user to the API keys menu. Users will see the manually install or IT install instructions for the Outlook Integration. Once this is loaded in the users Outlook, they can create an API key. Select Create and add a description. This will take the user to the API key with Site, API key and API Secret. These fields will be needed in the Outlook App. In Outlook, users can search in the App Store or maybe visible in the quick menu bar. The icon will read Foundant for Outlook Integration, Add note to CSuite. Once the App is opened on there will be a Settings button. Select the settings button and enter the site, API key, and API Secret and Save. Once the settings are complete. The user can then select an email they would like to have in CSuite as a note on a profile. The search box will appear and users can search names or emails of profiles in CSuite. The integration will recognize the sender of the email, and populate a list of profiles with the corresponding email in the search box. Search results will appear in a drop down box under the search box. This will display the profile name, profile id, and profile type(individual, household, or organization). Select a profile from the results and select Add Note to Profile. This will add the entire email chain as a note to the profile's note tab. Users can attach the email to additional search results, by selecting the next profile and Add note to profile.
   • Things to Note: Setting up the App manually or with IT will need to be completed until our App is certified with Microsoft.

   4/30/2024: Reports: Added a new report, Undelivered Emails. This report is located in Reports, Create Reports, and then in the left hand column next to Profile Email History.   This report is a report of all Bounced or Dropped emails in the system.  This will allow users to easily identify the emails status and the response.  This report contains the following columns: date sent, name, email history id, email, subject, status, and response.
