I am hoping the giant, floating blue question mark could maybe be moved from the lower right portion of every screen to the top - sometimes it covers data that I am attempting to view on the screen. If it were right next to compass, idea lab, releases, and 9-dot all the resources would be located in the same area.

    You are able to move the help question mark to any corner of your screen.  Simply select and move, you will see a green box appear as you move it to each corner.  

  2. When you click on the Resource Examples for the 4/17/2023 Release Notes, you are not really able to see what they are. The Grant history example under Parent/Child Org Relationship is very hard to read. The font is faded and not bold like in the live website examples. This is such a strain on the eyes. Thank you

  3. I really need grant letters to be able to be dowloaded into Word format. This is critical for me as I need the flexibility. Going to pdf only is a big, step backwards. I need the flexibility of having the grant letter in Word.

  4. Is it possible to have webinars or sandbox tests before an idea is actually launched so that we can understand how the changes will affect our work, as well as any look to our portals? I understand people can vote and take a poll in newsletters, but this doesn't really get live feedback from people. I believe it would be great to 'hear' why someone requested the change and how it could be used to help us. That information could be better obtained ahead of time so the work Foundant teams do is worthwhile and includes as much feedback as…

    • 12/05/2024:Outlook Integration: Added the ability for users to connect CSuite using an Outlook App. In the Me section of CSuite in the left hand menu, users will see the API keys. Selecting this menu option will bring the user to the API keys menu. Users will see the manually install or IT install instructions for the Outlook Integration. Once this is loaded in the users Outlook, they can create an API key. Select Create and add a description. This will take the user to the API key with Site, API key and API Secret. These fields will be needed in the Outlook App. In Outlook, users can search in the App Store or maybe visible in the quick menu bar. The icon will read Foundant for Outlook Integration, Add note to CSuite. Once the App is opened on there will be a Settings button. Select the settings button and enter…
  6. The only search function that allows you to search using ID #s is the main search bar on the top left of the home page. It would be great if the ID # search would be available in all search areas instead of having to type in the fund name, profile name, etc. We are at the beginning phases of using CSuite and have multiple profiles that have the same name. It is impossible to find the correct profile when searching only by name. Using ID search in all areas would help keep errors to a minimum.

    7/9/2025:Enhanced search functionality for Vendor, Voucher, Customer, Invoice, and Student fields to align with the global search model. Users will now see more detailed information when searching and selecting profiles, improving accuracy and user experience during lookup operations.

    4/30/2024: Reports: Added a new report, Undelivered Emails. This report is located in Reports, Create Reports, and then in the left hand column next to Profile Email History.   This report is a report of all Bounced or Dropped emails in the system.  This will allow users to easily identify the emails status and the response.  This report contains the following columns: date sent, name, email history id, email, subject, status, and response.
