  1. Allow the label 'Donor Information' to be customized dependent on the checkout page. It would be great to be able to revise to 'Registrant Information' on the event tickets checkout.

    • 1/15/2025: Giving Hub: Updated the checkout workflow to replace Donor Information label with Your Information and removed the description label above the cart listed items. Added asterisks to required fields for donors in checkout workflow. Updated the telephone field with the ability to accept international phone numbers.

  2. We'd love the ability to move the search for a fund bar to the bottom of the page. This isn't where we want donors to focus and having it at the top isn't ideal!
    Thanks.

  3. If an image exists on a fund in CS, provide the option to allow this image to appear on the fund in the portal instead of the default icon. Also provide the option to not have an icon or an image appear on the fund in the portal.

  4. On the main Events tab where all campaigns are listed, make the "TICKETS" button customizable so you can change it for each event, similar to how we can change the "add to cart label". For example, instead of tickets, have the ability to change it to say "Register".

  5. We have people who don't understand how to buy a ticket or register for an event in the new campaign interface. Could you make the click on the right side more obvious, such as a call to action: CLICK HERE:

  7. On the Nonprofit Directory settings, add option to 'display' or 'hide' the 'Email' and 'Phone' columns so we have the ability to just display a list of the Nonprofit Organizations.

  8. Would love to be able to create giving levels specific to each fund. Different funds have different giving expectations.

1/17/2025:Funds: Added the ability to set giving levels for funds on the Giving Hub. This new setting is found on a fund record's setting tab in the Giving Hub section. This will override the Giving Hub giving levels, if they are set. This will allow users the ability set different giving levels per fund, in addition to the global setting. Giving levels will display on the Giving Hub fund page under the One-time Donation Amount.

Use a comma to separate the list of amounts. Example: 10,50,100 or $10,$50,$10

  9. It would be great if a fundholder could make a credit card donation to their fund through the Fund Advisor Portal, rather than through the public webpage of the giving hub. We would prefer if not all our funds were listed on the giving hub, since most of our funds are not trying to publicly fundraise and some of the funds would like to be anonymous. However, if we make a fund "private" a fundholder can no longer contribute money to their fund via a credit card donation on the giving hub. Thank you for your consideration!

    • 1/25/2025Portal - Fund Advisor: A logged in fund advisor will now be able to donate to a private fund when selecting donate from the Portal. Private funds will display in alphabetical order before promoted funds.

  10. Please make the "Grant Request" Button OPTIONAL. Our scholarships do not need this button since there is already an application process. Making it universal for Grants AND Scholarships is confusing. Thank you!

  12. With the new donation portal option to pre-populate donation amounts, we are seeing donors getting frustrated because they do not realize that they need to click on the "Other Amount" button in order to donate another amount. They can enter the amount in the available line, but they don't understand why it shows an error message. Could you please make some tweaks? I see three options. 1. Move the "Other Amount" option down further so the extra space makes the necessary click obvious. 2. Make the line that excepts numerals not function unless the "Other Amount" is clicked. or 3.…

  13. We like the idea of the suggested donation levels but would love to have them be customizable for our Affiliate/Supporting Org pages. Our giving circle has a specific membership level and it would be great to have that amount be the suggested donation for that page while having other suggested donation amounts for the general donation page. Thanks for considering.

  14. Add an option in the donation portal for public givers to make recurring donations to Nonprofit Directory Listings. Functionality currently limited to support Funds. A majority of the recurring gifts made through our previous platform were to nonprofits.

    • 12/12/2024:Nonprofits: Added the ability to enable recurring passthrough grants for the Nonprofit Directory. This is a new setting in Nonprofit Settings, Enable Passthrough Recurring Donation. 15. We have used the CSS feature to apply brand colors to the nonprofit directory. Unfortunately, the CSS levels do not extend to (or apply to) the category/filter buttons on the directory. This disrupts the branded look considerably. Two suggestions. 1) Can the CSS template be expanded to cover those buttons? 2) can you allow us to choose font colors at all levels of the CSS?

  17. I'd like to see a couple of changes to the NEW LOOK version of the Nonprofit Directory:
    1. On the Main Page of the Directory, add a 'category heading' above the 'types/categories' of nonprofits as well as above the list:
"By Category:" - for the groupings of NPs
"By Name:" - for the list
    2. On the Main Page of the Directory, where all the nonprofits are listed, I suggest it NOT include the public email or phone #.
I'd rather this be a simple list where the user has to click the nonprofit to go to the nonprofit's directory…

  18. I think it makes sense for the typical user to be able to update the text in the main page of the donation portal, in the header where we are welcoming visitors to that page where they can give a donation. Requiring HTML/web developer input seems unusually cumbersome.

A rich text editor has been added to all of the content blocks within CSuite (to eliminate the need to know HTML).  There is an option to toggle to the HTML code view if more advanced options are needed.

  19. In the new version of the public donation page, Foundant allows a banner at the top of the main page. Yet, there is no advice given to the size for this section. And, Foundant does not resize images for this piece of content to fit various screen sizes on different devices. I'll be honest, that's shocking for 2024. Responsive design should be a given. it affects accessibility, user experience and our reputation to provide a well-designed experience for our fundholders. Foundant gives the option for "dynamic images" on fund images, which means they do have the capability to do it.…
