Nonprofit Directory: Option to hide email and phone columns
On the Nonprofit Directory settings, add option to 'display' or 'hide' the 'Email' and 'Phone' columns so we have the ability to just display a list of the Nonprofit Organizations.

In Nonprofit Directory, add a toggle to allow the email and phone number to not appear on the portal.

Add option to allow Email and Phone to be hidden, or remain blank, on the Profile NonProfit tab for the NonProfit Directory.
