New Donation Portal Issue
With the new donation portal option to pre-populate donation amounts, we are seeing donors getting frustrated because they do not realize that they need to click on the "Other Amount" button in order to donate another amount. They can enter the amount in the available line, but they don't understand why it shows an error message. Could you please make some tweaks? I see three options. 1. Move the "Other Amount" option down further so the extra space makes the necessary click obvious. 2. Make the line that excepts numerals not function unless the "Other Amount" is clicked. or 3. If numerals are entered, auto-select "Other Amount"
