  1. When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.

    1. Unified Ticket Workflow:
    • Instead of individual ticket fields, everything is now located on one registration page. On the events tickets constituent will have the ability to select a quantity for each ticket type, and add an additional donation, if enabled. There will be a new order summary box on the right hand side, so that the registrant can easily track their purchases or cancel a line. The checkout workflow will remain the same. Individual tickets have been impacted with this change some of the individual ticket fields have been moved to the Campaign's Details Tab.
    1. New Ticket Fields on the Details Tab:

    1. Need ability to apply campaigns to internal transfers. Occasionally an internal DAF contributes and we have no way to record that.
    2. Is there a way to automatically apply a campaign to any donations that hit a certain fund during a set time period? We are getting credit card donations and having to manually apply them to the campaign.

We’ve introduced a new Fundraising campaign type in CSuite. This option allows users to create campaigns that do not require tickets, but still accept donations.

This is ideal for organizations looking to fundraise without hosting a ticketed event. It enables easy tracking of income and expenses associated with the campaign, making it perfect for general fundraising efforts, donation drives, or cause-based initiatives.

    Key Details:

    • New Campaign Type: Users can now select Fundraising as a campaign type when creating a new campaign.
    • Donation-Only Focus: Fundraising campaigns are structured to accept donations exclusively, without the need for other campaign activities.
    • Layout and Design:
    • The campaign layout will mirror the fund listing layout for a familiar and streamlined donor experience.
    • Donation amounts will display based on Giving Levels configured in Portal Options, Giving Hub settings. If no levels are set, Donation with input box will appear.
    • Tax Receipts:
    • Donors will receive tax receipts…
  2. When using Campaigns to track attendance post-event, each guest must be manually marked as Attended. This is extremely time consuming for large events. Please develop a bulk option or add this to an import.

Currently when we use Campaigns to track event attendance we have to import the profiles, then sell a guest ticket or use Upload IDs to add to Campaign in bulk, then manually mark each attendee. This is a lot of work for a 1,000 person event!

    • (05-14-2025) Campaigns: Added the ability to import RSVP and Attendance for Campaigns. This will allow clients to easily update RSVP and Attendance for their events. In Campaigns, on the Profiles tab, and then from the Guest List, users will find the new left-side menu Import RSVP and Attendance. This new import will allow users to import both RSVP and Attendance, using the Guest ID or dedc ID. The dedc ID has been added to the Guest list report to allow users to easily download and filter from the guest list. RSVP and Attendance can be updated simultaneously, or users can choose to update only one by removing the other column from the import file. This enhancement streamlines event management by enabling quick and accurate updates to guest information.

  3. Within a campaign, there should be an option to 'bulk delete' records when you are manually scanning the profiles tab. Similar to how you can select (or deselect) tax receipts to send from the donations bucket, you should be able to select certain records and then click "delete" vs having to click "delete" individually from a campaign.

3/5/2025:: In a campaign on the Ticket report, accessible from the Tickets tab, has been upgraded to a custom report. This update provides the ability to filter and export the report for enhanced flexibility and analysis. "To Assign" column has been added to the Ticket report. This new column allows users to quickly view the number of tickets that are yet to be assigned, streamlining the ticket management process. When selecting the Ticket Report, users will see a Resend Guest Link option in the left hand menu. This is a bulk action and will allow the ability to resend the Guest Link. Campaigns: The TypeID is now displayed in the Request table, providing more granular visibility into request data. A Short Name field has been added to requests. This short name will appear next to the request response in the report, providing an abbreviated version of the request name…

  4. We held an event in November and appreciate all of the functions in campaigns. However, in the specific campaign we created, we would go to "Profiles" then "guest list" and there was guests who bought tickets online, but did not finish putting their guest names and meals because they didn't realize they needed to do that.

We have two suggestions. It would be nice if there is something before check-out to purchase tickets that says guests will need to enter their guest names and meal preferences after check out.

The other suggestion is that anyone who purchased tickets shows up…

  5. I would like the opportunity to create spaces in the Names area of a Ticket. It would be great if the name of the ticket was on one line and then the price is on the next line. Currently it will only work that way if you use up the space with letters. If a <br> option could be allowed that would make it look nicer.

  6. Event Campaigns should be able to be created without needing to sell tickets. This would streamline online donations targeted for a specific purpose or campaign. The campaign could then have a specific URL and QR code created, like campaigns already do, but without needing donors to purchase a ticket, it could take them right to a donation page that is tied to the fund attached to that campaign. This would create more efficiency around event campaigns, continue the trend of online donations becoming more popular and accessible at events, and reduce the additional time it takes to manually attach donations…

  7. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

  8. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  10. Our foundation manages certain donor-initiated events and fundraisers where the ticket buyers are not great at adding the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests after they check out. Please make it it possible to update the RSVP list in bulk or make the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests mandatory to be filled out before check out. This would be such a time saver.

  14. Is there a way to have an area that shows all the tickets that still need guest information filled out?

This isn't a huge issue on a small scale, but we have a larger event, it may be tedious to go through all the profiles and make sure they have their guest info filled out.

This issue appears to be resolved. Please contact support if this happens again.

  16. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

  17. We were discussing a future campaign and looking at how it looks on our website when people register for tickets. It would be a great idea to be able to have more than one picture on the website. For example, the first page with the campaign information would have one picture, the tickets page would have another, and the thank you page could have a third. We also would like to be able to size our pictures appropriately instead of just using a small square picture. The main page would ideally have a long header type picture, for example.
