  1. Tribute tab in Donations - we would like to have the number indicator back on the Tribute tab in Donations. The number indicator let's us know there is something that needs to be addressed on that tab, similar to the number indicators for the other tabs in Donation on the attached screenshot.

  3. It seems odd that there is a footer for the donation payment page and not the primary donation page for giving hub. We'd love to add some additional text at the bottom without having to employ a coder!

  4. It would be great if there was a way to save edited acknowledgments/tax receipt letters to profiles without having to download them and reupload them to the files area. We have soooo many different scenarios that we simply cannot put in enough tax receipt templates, and we are always making several edits to the templates. This means the letter that is saved with the gift is not what actually was sent.

    With FIMS, we were able to click a button to run macros after we were done making edits, and it saved all the letters in the file to each…

  5. Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.

    On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

  7. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
    It would be great to have a default setting for this!!

  8. Stealing this from an archived submission: "We should be able to provide a link to give directly to a fund, even if it is marked private. This would allow people who have the direct link to give to the fund, but it wouldn't show up in the list of funds or be searchable. Sometimes people don't want it public, but have a few family/friends they would like to be able to support a fund. It would be particularly helpful in memorial situations."

  9. The new "Redirect Legacy Fund Advisor Portal" option goes to the email address login page. We would like it to go to the "?userpass=1" page instead so the fund advisor gets the username and password prompt to be more like their previous experience for ones who just bookmarked the old link. Can this be added as an option or as the default for when that option is turned on?

  11. Please include the nick name and birth name fields in profile search results. This will allow us to search for individuals with a nick name or who have changed their name, and will also help prevent the creation of duplicate profiles when we do not get the expected search results.

  12. Please make the visible on-screen Profile address fields/windows LONGER. When you are entering a particularly long address, it is difficult to keep track of what you are entering.

  13. Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

    Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.

  15. When profiles are marked as deceased and linked to a household, the household is being pulled with the deceased information instead of now defaulting to the active individual profile only. This impacts mailing lists for marketing campaigns and grant letters as it now pulls in deceased households.

    There should be an automatic unlinking/adjustment so that we do not have to manually unlink which is the only workaround to solve this issue right now. Ideally, there would be a way to keep the individual linked to the household profile for historical purposes too.

In the Giving Hub on the individual fund's donation page, we'd like to add a label that allows us to specify that the person whose contact information and picture showing is the fund's main contact (or as we call it, "Fund Liaison". That way someone from the public can know why the person's contact information and picture is showing.

  18. We're running into an issue with running year over year financials for February. The system is pulling 02/28/2025 and 02/28/2024, instead of 02/29/2024. We run quite a few comparative reports and we're having to manually manipulate the 2024 column. It would be great if the engineers could fix the coding so the system would pull the month end date, rather than a set date.

  19. Please add the option to add particular custom fields to the edit menu of specific designations. For instance, it would be amazing if we could add a custom field to the Grantee designation's Edit menu.

    This would allow me to choose particular custom fields that would show on the edit menu of one or all of the specific profile designations. When I go to that Designation and click Edit, I will see the custom field I added and the ability to input/select a response for the custom field.

  20. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.
