Print column headings on multiple pages of pdf reports from "print page"
When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.
For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

Please also bring back the styled heading on the reports! The grey background is gone and the new styles don't look nearly as nice when using the "print page" option for deliverable reports.

Agreed; most reports are multiple pages and the repeated columns would be much easier to work with from the standard "print page" option.

When a report, i.e. Income Statement, is more than one page, it would be great if the column headers would appear on the multiple pages.
