  1. We would like to add a note to RSVP's. For example, we currently have an event where people are RSVP-ing "No", but would like to talk to staff at a separate time. This would be a great way to keep track of these people/organizations.

  2. Is there a way to have an area that shows all the tickets that still need guest information filled out?

    This isn't a huge issue on a small scale, but we have a larger event, it may be tedious to go through all the profiles and make sure they have their guest info filled out.

  3. With the new profile updates, Add Opportunity is now under Relationships. Opportunities are an engagement strategy, not a link to another profile. Please either keep Add Opportunity on the left menu for all tabs or put it under the Engagement Tab. Please put Opportunities under the Engagement Tab.

  4. Please add campaign categories as a filter and field in custom reports so we can dive deeper into reporting on campaign activities, attendance patterns, etc. Thank you!

  5. It would be great to have an optional pronoun field on donation forms, so those donating online can self-select their preferred pronouns. This would help with donor relations and making sure future communications with donors are informed and respectful.

  6. Term Investments - have defaults for revenue accounts, borrowing fund, asset accounts pre populated as these are always the same.

    Smart tips would be helpful in creating a new term investment for distribution fields.

  7. On the screen where checks are approved, it would be nice to have a batch total. We make most payments by ACH in batches and it would be a good control to be able to quickly tie the batch total in C Suite to the ACH batch in our bank portal.

  8. Wouldn't it be so cool if we could select a preferred method of contact for donors, grantees, etc. as a default profile question instead of having to make a custom profile field? I think so. Please vote for this idea.

  9. Before a recent update the system would flag you if you put in a duplicate name or address when creating a new profile. Now the system allows for a duplicate and it's not showing under duplicates on the left side tab. We see it under the engagments tab, but it needs to be brought back out to the left side tab so that all duplicates can be managed at one time, not have to search for them one by one.

  10. Edit voucher descriptions without having to unpost and unapprove. it's duplicative work to have to go through the approval process again to edit or add information to the voucher description.

  11. Custom task reports should show ALL tasks, not just the tasks that have been entered from within an Opportunity. Currently, custom task report only shows tasks entered from within an opportunity.

  12. In Cash Management - Balance Swap - Add Filter, when you select "From Account" and then checkboxes, the check list that appears includes accounts that are closed (which for us is a lot). It makes no sense that closed accounts would be showing here. It should only show open/active accounts.

  13. I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  14. Looking for a way to collect donations from donors who don't want to write a check or use a credit card (use ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). Donors are looking for an easy way to make a quick donation on their phone and/or use QR codes for making donations. How can this integrate to capture donor information?

  15. We would like to see a permission setting that would allow users with that permission to view the full Account number entered into ACH Settings. Today, our only option is to Configure the settings or Clear the Settings.

    We would like to the option for a small number of users to be able to view the settings (including the full account number).

  16. Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser.   17. Now that you've gone to a tab system it would be nice if tabs that have no information under them were grayed out or a different color. Right now you have to click on every tab to make sure you have a complete picture of the profile. If you knew that there was no information under a tab it would save time.

  18. To assist with knowing which profiles have been created via Stripe, add 'StripeID' as an available field in profile reports for including as a column and as a filter. This will help with identifying duplicate profiles due to Stripe not matching on criteria specified. Not all duplicates show in the Duplicates listing.

  20. Note blocks take up too much space vertically. I think it would be better if the note block covered the screen horizontally with all the ID and date jargon on the top line followed by the note itself. Why is it so limited in the width of the box??? You would be able to see so much more if it went across the entire screen instead of only using 3 1/5 inches across the note block.
