  1. The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.

    This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

  2. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  4. It's great that org roles let you select "active" and enter dates, but the dates only show on the org profile, not the individuals, and the "active" setting is displayed nowhere.

    My idea is that the status (Active/inactive) is displayed on both org and profile under relationships tab, as well as the dates. Currently if its not active the role is italicized, which is way too subtle.

  5. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  7. In an effort to clean up our database, we've been marking profiles as "inactive" if they don't meet recent activity requirements. We recently discovered that those inactive profiles aren't showing on the list of possible profiles when a donation is being entered; therefore, a duplicate profile was created. We would find it helpful if the inactive profile was still listed in the drop-down menu so we would know that it needed to be "reactivated" so the donation could be processed properly.

  8. When we receive donations from a DAF fund or Trustee it would be nice to have that as a profile type to select instead of Individual, Household or Organization.

  9. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  10. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  11. The "Grant Request Advisor Name" field only exists on the grant request record and in the Grant Request custom report. We would like to see this field available in other reports such as the Grant Report or Grant Status custom report so that we can pull that into grant reports. Is that a possibility?

  12. It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.

  13. Have the ability to decrease the spendable amount on an internal grant for the Source Fund. I've seen references to apply the amount to spendable to the Destination Fund, but I need to decrease the spendable on the Source Fund.

  14. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

  15. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  16. We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

  18. When selecting [clear] next to a tribute on a donation, you are brought to a confirmation page which says "Confirm Donation Delete" yes or no -> the wording on this page is confusing as it seems you may actually be deleting the donation, not the tribute.
    Would be nice to update the verbiage to something more clear like "Confirm clear tribute" to avoid confusion
