Allow reports to display multiple addresses from address book
When running a report on an Organization Profile with address book enabled, it seems that it is only possible for the report to return one address (the one designated as primary).
In our configuration we have allowed users to enter 1 record for each address type: Mailing and Physical. The idea is that they might have a physical location but prefer to get mail at a PO Box, for instance.
Only the Mailing Address fields show up when a report is run with the Company dataset. It would be great to somehow get a report to display each address type…

Ability to Copy/Save As SmartVersions
We build funding applications using SmartVersions. Sometimes we have a minor update to a SmartVersion we would like to make for a future competition but want to keep the original SmartVersion as well. It would be great if we could Copy or Save As a SmartVersion the same way you can Copy or Save As a Custom Field so we don't have to start from scratch each time.

Ability to search by Multiple L2 IDs
When using a L2 list view, you can search for one ID but not multiple. The ID field does not appear as a selection in the dropdown. It would be great to use an or (or in() ) statement and enter many id's. The reason for this in a list view and not a report is due to the ability to bulk download attachments.

Default file size size limit
I suggest that default limit when you add a new upload field should be set to 10mb.

Enable Links to Open L1s in BI Dashboards
With the BI dashboards set up it is possible to drill down to the project number, however it would be extremely useful to be able to open the project directly from the dashboard rather than having to make a note of the project number and then loading the submission manager to view it.

Include Object Name in Reports
The Object ID can be included in reports, however it would also be useful if the object name could be included too - for example, Workflow, Custom Filed, UTA Name, etc.
We have created a report to track and reference changes within the system, based on notes that are entered onto the object (we have created a specific category of notes to accommodate this). We can run a report that lists all the changes, but the only the numeric object ID is included - if the object name/description could also be included it would be extremely helpful in determining what…

A new Custom Fields type that uses a binary control to toggle on/off. Same as the toggle used in "Track Changes" or "Mandatory" but for Custom Field Types.

We shared this last year when we did focused UI/UX testing, but this is a collection of the feedback we received (many that were beyond our control) - thought it might be helpful to the team.

Floating widget integration for contextual support and ticket submission
A system-wide floating support widget in SmartSimple to let users access help, knowledge bases and ticket forms (e.g. Zendesk, FreshDesk, Zoho) from anywhere in the platform.
Support requests would automatically include contextual data such as the grant, application or workflow step the user is viewing, dramatically improving ticket quality and resolution time.
This would create a smoother user experience, reduce email-based support burden and provide SmartSimple with a modern, flexible integration point that many customers can benefit from—especially now that SmartSimple is adopting Zendesk.3 votes -
Enable other users to delete from the Message Queue without making them Global Administrators
SmartSimple should allow to enable other user roles to delete from the Message Queue without making them Global Administrators. This way other users will be able to delete emails that they accidentally triggered so that they won't be mistakenly sent out.

Add Filtering Capability for Level 3 Lookup Based on Level 1/Level 2 Type
The Dynamic Dropdown/Lookup Autocomplete field referencing Level 3 – Sub-Activities should include an option to filter results based on the selected Level 1 or Level 2 type.
Example:
We have a Level 3 lookup field with “Enable Dynamic Content” enabled, which references Level 3 activities. We have an enhancement targeted for the February release to assign search filters to dynamic content options.

expiry column for staff contacts list
When we review our staff contacts in the CRM, there is no way to see in the list view whether we have added an expiry date or not. We have to open each individual to check. The Support team told me I cannot add the expire date field as a column to the list view using list syntax.
The expire date is accessed by going into the contact and clicking on Actions (top menu) > Edit Roles and Access.
It would help to be able to quickly tell if a user has an associated expiry date on their role access.…

Allow use of status group names in the status indicator without affecting all other status views in the system
We'd like to use the status group names in the status indicator on L1 for internal users, but we don't want the group name to show to those users across the system in all list views, etc. - there are other places where they need to see the granularity. The use case for the status group name in the status indicator is to get a quick, high-level understanding of the phase of our process the record is in. In list views, etc. the same users typically need to see the exact status more granularly in other places for different reasons.

Toggle Left-Hand Navigtion list between full width and icons
It would be helpful if the left navigation menu on records can be toggled between the full width and a compact view on a record-by-record basis. This would help on smaller screens or when adjusting the size of the window. It would allow the fields on a record have more of the useable space.

Ability to permission the view parent/split screen functionality based on status
Often review forms are configured with a conflict of interest status. In the conflict of interest status, reviewers should be able to see a few fields from the application, but not have access to the full application. Currently the only way to configure this is to disable the reviewer from viewing the parent record and configuring a custom field to be used to view the grant in split screen. It would be nice if instead of having to configure a specific field that the view parent/split screen option could be configured to only be visible in specific statuses as built…

Enable "File from Local Disk" for Group Emails also
Currently, the "File from Local Disk" option is only available on the Message Center email. It'll be useful to have the option to select a file from the local disk when using Group Emails, also.

Send CSuite grants into SmartSimple
All grantees are required to complete an application for every grant, regardless of how it is initiated. Need to be able to send grant requests that start in the donor portal in CommunitySuite into SmartSimple in a pre-approval status so that applicants can complete an application.

Centralized location for management of translations
It would be nice to have a single place to manage all translations: User Roles, Types, Status, Standard Fields, Custom fields, Submit Buttons, Tasks, List Views, Portals, Shortcuts...
1) See, per language, existing translations and which translations are missing
2) Batch delete of translations

Add 3+ layer parent/child relationships of tags to the tag library, and make them searchable based on parent/child status as well as by tag.
Use case:
