  1. When using the scheduled export report option I can add multiple users to the export but they all receive separate emails and are not aware of who received it. Support recommended we create a distribution list and use that but unfortunately that is not an option for us.

  2. Add the possibility to re-activate a previous notification. Currently we set up a notification for a period of time and once this period is over the notification becomes archived and non-editable. It would be great if we could re-use a previously made notification by simply re-activating it and setting up a new period of time of its visibility.

  4. Would be really useful to be able to report on whether or not annotations are resolved, as then you could use the report property to create SmartCheck validations and/or have fields display conditionally based on if there are any unresolved annotations or not.

  5. UX on list view differs from profile. From list view, the next/last page sticks to top of page as you scroll. On dashboard, it doesn't and when you scroll down through results you lose the next/back buttons.

    Would be good to have similar functionality on "My Profile" that exists for list views

  6. I often work in the back-up and prod sites concurrently. I rely on the top orange banner to know that when I am in back-up. However, when I am in the live site and click emulate user, I get an orange banner across the top of the prod site. This makes me nervous that I will get distracted and forget that it is the live site.

    Can the emulate banner please be a different colour than the backup banner?

  7. (Re ticket #277463 - Tracking processing times)

    We have been asked to report on the length of time in review for monitoring the workload and efficacy of our staff.

    We have created a status duration report but it will not calculate the length of time in the current grant status. Yet, when we click on the status history for an individual file, it lists the length of time in each grant status including the current status.

    We basically want the numbers listed on the graph in the individual status history but in a table with all the other files.

  8. There are clients who leverage the word merge field to consolidate data across multiple L2s (often grant reports) under a grant application and map it to a word template. The configuration for this is very syntax heavy and leverages a lot of list syntax and/or report property syntax.

    The amount of effort to support clients with this functionality often warrants an RFS. It would be nice to have a UI for selecting the L2s and the fields to be included in the word template. Some HTML work will still be required but perhaps we can eliminate the need for list…

  9. The old Rich Text Editor had the option to add headers to text without using tags. It would be ideal if this functionality could be added back into the new Rich Text Editor. This would save our users a lot of time.

  10. Please add the following functions/features to listviews for the revamped Interactions tabs for both Users and Organizations:

    1. Make the column widths adjustable with mouse drag or in column configuration specification

    2. Add the ability to create and save complete filters and apply them to listviews, including boolean logic operators to exclude, etc.

    3. For lists in the User tab allow column selection to include selections from the Organization fields

    4. Add Create Date and Last Modified to the column/field selection options

    5. Add Created By to the column/field selection and filtering options

  11. Is there a reason you included a document upload field in the "Interaction" L2 form that appears in our Activities list of the L1 application forms, but didn't include any way to view or download documents uploaded there?

  12. Reporting tool doesn't (at least based on what I can see) thread conversation so you can see replies in one string in report output. We would benefit from a thread for all replies so you can order/sort by that field

  13. "Highlights" are exactly what they sound like - background color added to specific selected text.

    1. Permission L1 and L2 form types to accept highlights - application types, report types, etc.

    2.   15. In system features (global settings), there’s one called “Report – Manager” that allows those roles to access the report feature in system, build reports, export them, etc.
    o A subset of these features allow for wfs and statuses updates to be triggered (similar to bulk update)

    We have a user base that could benefit from self-service reporting, but shouldn’t be able to perform bulk CRUD operations on db.

    Suggestion: have a lower perm’d “Report – Builder” that splits off the “Update status” and “Trigger Workflow” features
    o This would mirror the personal list view limitations for non-admin users

  16. Why have "email" as an interaction type if you can't actually create, select, store or reference the email within the user interface?

    Use case: Our Finance staff wants to initiate an email conversation about unspent grant funds with an organization. The easy way would be to create an Interaction, use the "Email" type, and have it open an email template they could add subject line, body, and attachment(s) to, then select the "To" options from the "Contacts" specified in the Interaction.   18. It would be beneficial to implement a notification system for users who have attempted to log in too many times, informing them that their account is locked for a certain number of minutes. Currently, there is no way to inform them.

    Perhaps a 'pop-up' message on the login page would be the most effective solution.

  20. Problem: Logs related to configuration and system behavior are currently fragmented across multiple locations, making troubleshooting slow and inefficient. There is no clear centralized view or consistent process to identify high-impact issues, and important configuration errors are often buried as generic warnings.

    Key Gaps:
    No single, centralized location for all relevant logs
    Configuration-related errors are hard to discover and correlate
    Log severity levels are not granular enough, causing critical issues to appear as low-priority warnings
