Request #2 and #3 are complete. There is a content block that can be customized in Portal Options: Portal Options>Portal Content>Profile tab>portal_profile_header. The option to logout has been moved to the top menu next to change profile.

There is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

When both the Giving Hub and new Portal are enabled, there is an option to add a Login to the Giving Hub main menu. This will allow a User to login to their profile prior to donating. If a profile is logged in prior to making a donation, a new profile will not be created.

Adding to this one...permissions to create, share, and view custom reports should be added. Right now, we have to add the "custom report" permission to a user and it is all or nothing. Its common for the consumer of the report to be different from the creator, so these permissions should be broken out.
