Indicate required fields with an asterisk
A great enhancement would be to indicate which fields are required when creating a new record (profile, donation, grants, voucher, etc.) --- such as an asterisk to indicate that a field is required. This is a well-known standard.
Currently, the only indicator is an error message when saving/posting.

Along those lines, bringing back some ideas from the past, having the ability to make fields required based on the profile type being created instead of having it apply to all 3. We want the EIN to be required for all Organization profile created, though if we activate it, we'd have to enter the information for individual and household as well. which we then end up not using this feature and struggling every year when we have to report on our Grantee for the 990.

Nice that you added the ability to designate required fields for profiles. An enhancement would be to indicate which fields are required when creating a new profile --- such as an asterisk or red field label to indicate that a field is required. Rather than clicking Save only to find that those fields were not filled in.
