it would also help if the Make Payment form had assigned emails or the questions were available in the Merge Fields so an automatic email can be sent to finance department.

Still an issue...we just need way more functionality/customization in the email templates and or make Merge docs sendable via email....

We have several "global" documents that we currently upload to the documents tab of EACH request. It is time consuming and bloats the system's storage to have up to 20 copies of the same document in there. We fully support Sydney's suggestion. A Global Documents section on the applicant dashboard would be great. Then applicants/grantees can access our Grant Promotion Guide, MOU Template, Media Authorizations, Budget Template, etc any time they need to.
