The additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.

We tried to enable the "Cover CC Fee Percent" in the Giving Hub Settings Checkout tab, but it fouled up existing recurring gifts rather than applying that feature on new donations from that point forward, so we disabled it.

In the left side menu of the Home menu, there is an option for System URL's. Selecting that option returns a list of all the needed URL links to the system. Copy and paste the CSuite Login URL to send to a User in an emai once you have reset their password.

As a new CSuite user, I was shocked to learn that we cannot integrate automatically with MailChimp like the $450/year CRM I moved from. With a staff of two, integration is critical to our workplace effectiveness.

Even before wealth analytics integration is launched, something needs to be done to address the inadequacy of custom reports. A custom Profile report is only partially useful. One cannot pull age (new field should be easy to compute knowing DOB), total number of gifts, last gift amount (even though you can pull last gift date), spouse information, etc. Analytics solutions are geared toward searching individuals, not households, but linked information helps substantiate the results. Very frustrating.
